First, try to know what kind of person you are. Especially, are you an early bird who always wakes up early in the morning, or a night owl(猫头鹰)who almost never goes to bed before midnight? Once you are generally aware of what your sleep characteristics are, you will have a better understanding of when your body needs exercise, either early in the morning, sometime during the day, or later on in the evening.
Second, consider your daily plan. When do you seem to be most busy, and when do you plan your most important tasks? Try to fit in your exercise before or at least around these events if possible, so that you can keep exercising and your life won't be influenced as well.
Third, think about when you feel you have the most energy. For most people, that time is usually in the morning after a good night's rest, or after a long day of work. After a busy or much stressful day, exercising can reduce your working stress from hard work.
Lastly, find out the place you plan to do exercise. Your house provides exercise at any time if you own fitness equipment(设备),but if there is a gym(健身房)down the street or along the way home from work, it will make it more suitable for you to exercise.
More importantly, you need to make a plan and try sticking to it for one week. If you do so and can get through the exercise without being pulled in another direction, make it a habit. And once you have set up your fitness plan, don't make any great changes to it unless your doctor allows you to.

Sometimes, it seems that with all the homework and stress, being a student can be the worst thing. For people who are being bullied (欺凌), however, having too much work to do is the least of their worries.
Bullying comes in many different forms. It could be someone hitting you, someone sending you terrible messages on social media, or someone saying bad words to you. No matter how it happens, being bullied is never a nice experience.
Being bullied can do great harm to a child's personal development. It is hard for bullying victims to trust others. They often feel angry, no valuable, helpless and lost. And these feelings will further undermine(破坏) their ability to control their own life.
So if you or someone you know is being bullied, how should you deal with it?
Well, you need to find out why the bully is acting this way. The reasons behind school bullying are various. Children are now more easily influenced by violence in both real life and online. They want to gain power by bullying other students. Usually, they pick on the nicest or most well behaved person. Because this kind of persons seldom fight back. Some left-behind children become bullies because they lack (缺失) family education.
Whatever the reason is, there are many different ways to deal with a bully. The clearest way is to share your problem with someone else. All bullying is wrong. It is important that you talk about the problem with someone you can trust. Usually the best way to end your problem is to talk to your teacher or parents. Or, in some cases, standing up to the bullies may change their behavior. If they know that their bullying doesn't work on you any more, they may stop. What's more, parents and schools should devote more time and efforts to the troubled children.
Most importantly, remember this: If you're being bullied, it's not your fault. There's always someone to help you—you just need to ask first.
