Make yourself know the type of  {#blank#}3{#/blank#}  you are standing on. Wet or uneven（不平坦的）ground can cause you to {#blank#}4{#/blank#}  down in a crowd of moving people.

 If you find {#blank#}5{#/blank#}   in the middle of a moving crowd, you must be careful. Do not walk {#blank#}6{#/blank#}  the moving direction and do not stop or sit down, because you could get trampled (踩踏)  {#blank#}7{#/blank#} Instead, move in the same {#blank#}8{#/blank#}  of the crowd. Keep your{#blank#}9{#/blank#}  up by your chest（胸部）to protect your chest. If you fall down, get up quickly, If you can't get  {#blank#}10{#/blank#}  , ask someone to pull you back up. If you have kids, lift  {#blank#}11{#/blank#}  up.

 If you fall and cannot get up, keep on  {#blank#}12{#/blank#}   in the same direction of the crowd. If that is not  {#blank#}13{#/blank#}   , then cover your head with your arms.

 Try to get away from hard things in a crowd. If you're pushed against them, {#blank#}14{#/blank#}   a result, you may be hurt badly.

 We should learn to {#blank#}15{#/blank#}  ourselves. Stay away from the crowd.

    After the exam, the winter vacation is coming. What are you going to do {#blank#}1{#/blank#}(在…期间)your vacation? I "a, ant to have a healthy and relaxing vacation. I think everyone has his {#blank#}2{#/blank#}(自己的)ideas. So do I.

    First, I want to get up early and {#blank#}3{#/blank#}(选择) one kind of sports every day to keep fit.
