    My time travel trip was certainly an exhausting one. A company, well-known as its expertise, transported us into a future in a time capsule.     Mr. Zhang, our English teacher, telling us that the ability to write in English is becoming increasingly important in English communication as well as in examinations. Therefore, it was worth focusing our attention.

    In order to write the good essay, we should have an excellently command of over 2,000 frequently- used English words. It's necessary and useful for us to read or even recite beautiful English articles which we can leam useful structures of sentence. As we all know, that practice makes perfect, so you should take every possible chance to write in English.

    According to my personal experience, keep a diary every day is a good means to achieve the aim.

    I'll graduate from high school in half a year. I'm looking forward to be admitted to Hong Kong University for my college education.     The other day my family spend a happy seaside holiday.

    Early in the morning, my father drove my mother, my brothers and me to the seaside. On arrive there we rushed to the sea immediately and swam happy. It was a sunny day and the sand beach was soft or comfortable. My lovely mother began to make some sand tower with some little kids. My father sat under a umbrella, chatting with others about Chinese stars. While my father was listening to others for, he was always carrying a bottle of cola in her hand.     Self-protection is one of most important skills for us teenagers. But how do we protect themselves? Now let me share my ideas to you.

    First, I always obey the traffic rules and I never ran the red light. When the traffic light is red, I won't go as it turns green. I always cross the zebra walk because of it is safe. Second, I often eat the food what is healthy and safe. Eat too much fast food will be harmful to my health. Third, I never meet stranger alone, especially friends whom I make on the Internet.

    In short, if we obey the rules and take care of ourselves, we will grow up happy.
