One day, a monkey and a turtle ran a race. The monkey said,"  I am big, I can run fast. I will win." The turtle said,"  I am small. I am slow. But I will do my best." The monkey ran faster than the turtle. Then the monkey's friend, the rabbit came out. The rabbit said to the monkey,  let's play!" The monkey thought he would win anyway. So he played with the rabbit. The turtle ran slowly. But he ran and ran. Finally the turtle won. The turtle shouted, " I won!" The monkey was still playing with the rabbit. Then the monkey found the turtle. He was very surprised. But it was too late.

    Today is Tree- Planting Day. I go to the park with my parents. At about ten o'clock we start to plant trees. We needn't to dig holes because the people in the park dug them before. We just put the young trees into the holes. My father fills the holes with me. My mother carries water for the young trees. We are so tired when we finish the work. All of us hope the trees will grow well. I hope I can plant trees next year.

    This is Sarah's new home. There is a clock in the study. There is a plant in the living room. There is a water bottle in the kitchen. There is a big bed, a photo and a lamp in the bedroom. Look, the cat is on the bed now.

    I am Chen Jie. I usually get up at 7 o'clock but not on the weekend. I go to school at 7:30. We have four classes in the morning and three classes in the afternoon. I like Chinese very much. We have a Chinese class at 9:30. I go home at 5:30 pm. I eat dinner at 6:30 pm. Then I do my homework at nine o'clock.

    Kate is from the U.S. She speaks English. She can also speak a little Chinese and French. She is in California(加利福尼亚州) now.

    Today is the last day of a week. She is in Disneyland Park with her friends She wants to play on the merry-go-round(旋转木马)play on the swing (秋千) and the roller coaster. (过山车)Now they are eating ice cream and laughing loudly(大声地). They are having a good time.
