Most of us have probably heard of Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, and many {#blank#}1{#/blank#} famous Disney characters. Perhaps we have even seen them in {#blank#}2{#/blank#} But have you ever been to Disneyland? In fact, there are now several different Disneyland amusement parks  {#blank#}3{#/blank#}the world.
    Disneyland is an amusement park, but we can {#blank#}4{#/blank#} call it a theme park. It has all the normal attractions that you can find at an amusement park, but {#blank#}5{#/blank#} also has a theme. The theme, of course, is Disney movies and Disney characters. For {#blank#}6{#/blank#}  , you can find a roller coaster in{#blank#}7{#/blank#}amusement parks, but in Disneyland, the theme of the roller coaster is Disney characters. This {#blank#}8{#/blank#}  that you can find Disney characters all over the roller coaster. You can also watch Disney movies, {#blank#}9{#/blank#} in Disney restaurants, {#blank#}10{#/blank#}  buy Disney gifts. And you can see Disney-characters walking around Disneyland all the time!

    Are you going to have dinner at your Western friend's home? Then be c{#blank#}1{#/blank#} with your table manners. Good manners will make you a nice g{#blank#}2{#/blank#}.

    You may find Western table manners are d{#blank#}3{#/blank#} from Chinese manners. Here is some good advice to keep you cool.

    When you are r{#blank#}4{#/blank#} to eat, sit up straight on the chair. Usually, don't put your elbows (胳膊肘) on the table. First p{#blank#}5{#/blank#} your napkin (餐巾) up and put it on your lap. You can use it to clean your hands or mouth, but not your face. When you finish eating, put it b{#blank#}6{#/blank#} on the table.

    Don't make any n{#blank#}7{#/blank#} when you eat or drink the soup. It's not good to speak when your mouth is f{#blank#}8{#/blank#}. If you do that, people will see the food in your mouth. If you want to get some food but you can't r{#blank#}9{#/blank#} it, ask others to pass the dish to you. Put bones on the edge of the plate. And remember, take bread with your h{#blank#}10{#/blank#}, not with a fork.

    Susan was a woman who hated animals very much．She never w{#blank#}1{#/blank#}to keep any pets at home．To her，all pets were very dirty and boring．Susan could never understand w{#blank#}2{#/blank#}people would like to have pets in the house．“It is so stupid!”she always said．

    Last month Susan's  daughter' Penny， came home from school w{#blank#}3{#/blank#} a mouse in a box．Susan was very angry.     It was fun for Penny at the very beginning，but then she got quite lazy and f{#blank#}7{#/blank#}. to do her homework． It became Susan's homework． She g{#blank#}8{#/blank#}it food and water every day and found that the mouse was in fact not dirty．She e{#blank#}9{#/blank#} talked to it! It was not boring or stupid! Now Susan is having a good time with “her” mouse．She named it Nini．And she is going to buy a{#blank#}10{#/blank#}one to make a pair．

    I like reading in my free time．I've read all kinds of books which are {#blank#}1{#/blank#} by many famous writers from all over the world．But I like a Chinese writer {#blank#}2{#/blank#}．His name is Xu Zhimo．

    Xu was born in a big family．His parents were good at writing．His father taught little Xu by {#blank#}3{#/blank#} ．When Xu was very young，he was {#blank#}4{#/blank#}  in reading．Fables(寓言)and novels were his favorites．He loved reading very much and he often forgot to eat and {#blank#}5{#/blank#}．

    When Xu was about six years old，he began to write some {#blank#}6{#/blank#} ．He kept practicing writing and did better and better．But he still kept on reading， {#blank#}7{#/blank#} he always believed "Reading makes a full man"．

    When he grew up，his dream came {#blank#}8{#/blank#} ．He became a world-famous writer．Not only Chinese but also people {#blank#}9{#/blank#} other countries worshiped(崇拜) him．His works(著作) were enjoyed all over the world．Everyone {#blank#}10{#/blank#} his works were nice and great．

    Doing sports is good for our health. Do you like sports? {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (哪一个) sport do you like best? My favorite sport is riding a bicycle. Why do I like bike riding? The main {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (原因) is that I like to go to different places. When I'm {#blank#}3{#/blank#} (空闲的), I often ask a few friends to go bike riding. On the way, we meet different people and see different {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (建筑物). It's so interesting.

    Sometimes we ride on rainy days, too. We {#blank#}5{#/blank#} (选择) a road with few cars and ride slowly and {#blank#}6{#/blank#} (小心地). It is so good to enjoy the wet and {#blank#}7{#/blank#} (清新的). The sound of the rain makes me feel quiet and {#blank#}8{#/blank#} (舒适的).
