My neighbour Mrs White is seventy，and she has a small car．She always drives to the shops on Saturday and buys some food．Her car is old．She drives slowly，but she drives well, and never hits(撞击)anything．Sometimes her granddaughter says to her,“Please don't drive your old car，Grandma．You are too old．We can drive you to the town．”But she always says，“No．I like driving．I have driven for fifty years，and I am not going to stop now．”One Saturday she stops her car at traffic lights when they are red．The lights become green，then yellow，then red again，but Mrs White's car can't start．“What am I going to do now?”she says．Then a policeman comes and says to her with a smile，“Good morning．You like all of our colours, don't you?”

    Father, my mother and I are going on a trip to Beijing. I invite my friend Linda to go with us. Linda lives in Shenzhen. It is far from Shijiazhuang. She wants to come to Shijiazhuang by plane. She will stay with my family in Shijiazhuang for three days. After that, we are going to Beijing by train. We will visit the Palace Museum and go shopping in Beijing. We will stay in Beijing for five days.

    Last Sunday, my parents and I went to the countryside. My uncle lives there. There are many crops on the farm. I helped my uncle water them. And we picked some vegetables, too. We cooked lunch with them.

    They were fresh. The food was very delicious. In the afternoon, we planted some trees near the village. I felt very hot and tired, but I was very happy. I drank some fresh juice. We went home by bike in the evening. I had a great day in the countryside.
