Champion Swim Club {#blank#}1{#/blank#}(found) in 2006 by former World Cup Swimming Champion Ms. Vivian Wang and is the first competitive organization for expats' children and adults in Shanghai. The club {#blank#}2{#/blank#}(provide) a structured program focused on the long-term development of its swimmers. Members will be assessed and given the opportunity{#blank#}3{#/blank#}(train) with swimmers of a similar standard and level under the supervision of {#blank#}4{#/blank#}(lead) internationally experienced swimming coaches.

    So far, we{#blank#}5{#/blank#}(create) a program that caters to swimmers of all ages and abilities. In addition to ensuring proper technique and conditioning, Swimmers{#blank#}6{#/blank#}(place) in groups by the coaching staff after a stroke technique assessment session. The program has been designed by a world class coaching team that focuses on all of the elements and techniques that will result students maximizing their potential to enjoy and{#blank#}7{#/blank#}(compete) at a competitive level.

    The coaching team comprises former World Cup Swimming Champion Vivian Wang as Head Coach and a number of highly experienced professional coaches will work together{#blank#}8{#/blank#}(provide) a developmental swimming program where there is avenue for advancement through to higher levels.     Letterboxing began {#blank#}2{#/blank#} England in 1845. It was like hiking and exploring with a special adventure. Someone{#blank#}3{#/blank#} (make) a letterbox -- a small box with a little notebook in it. The person hid the letterbox in a park, a forest, a city or other {#blank#}4{#/blank#}(place). Next, the person would write directions(方向) to the box， {#blank#}5{#/blank#} put the directions on the internet. Then letter boxers used {#blank#}6{#/blank#}(they) to look for the letterbox.

    Letterboxing might not be as popular as skydiving or rock climbing, but it's a great activity. It's {#blank#}7{#/blank#} exciting outdoor adventure. And it's very cool {#blank#}8{#/blank#} (open) a letterbox and know that no one else found it! There {#blank#}9{#/blank#}(be) now many different kinds of people can have great fun enjoying these activities. {#blank#}10{#/blank#} you have never done letterboxing before, you can give it a try.

    Do you know Chinese culture? It is different {#blank#}1{#/blank#} Western culture. First, Chinese people use {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (chopstick) to have meals, but in Western countries people usually use k{#blank#}3{#/blank#} and forks. And when Chinese people eat out in restaurants, they may take turns {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (pay) for the meal. But in Canada, people often s{#blank#}5{#/blank#} the cost of a meal. Also, in China if the {#blank#}6{#/blank#} (guest) have no food on their plates, it's p{#blank#}7{#/blank#} to put food on their plates. In Canada, people pass food to guests, but they don't usually put food on their {#blank#}8{#/blank#} (guest) plates. What's more, in China it is polite to leave a little. That shows they are {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (serve) enough food. But in Western countries people usually eat {#blank#}10{#/blank#} the food on their plates. That shows they like the food very much.
