It is China's new Super Bus. It is going for a test run in Beijing at the end of this year. Some other cities are also interested in running the Super Bus. They hope it can solve traffic problems.

The Super Bus runs along fixed tracks (固定轨道). The bus sits on top of two 2.2-meter-tall legs. The legs have wheels at one end. Small cars can drive under the bus, so the Super Bus does not take up road space.

You can't see any object unless light from that object gets into your eyes. Some of the things you see give off light of their own. The sun, the stars, a lighted lamp are the examples that can be seen by their own light. But most of the things you see are not giving off light of their own. They are just reflecting(反射) light that falls on them from the sun or some other luminous bodies. The moon, for example, doesn't give off any light of its own. It is not luminous. You see it because sunlight falls on it and some of the sunlight reflects on the earth. So moonlight is only second—hand sunlight.
When you look at a book, it sends some of the light which fails on it to your eyes, and you see the book. If light could be kept out from where you're so that there would be no light from the book to reflect. Then you couldn't see the book even with your eyes wide open. Light travels so fast that the time in which it travels from the book you're reading to your eyes is as short as if there were no time at time. Light reaches us from the moon, which is about 380, 000 kilometres away, in only a little more than a second.

Scientists at Oxford universities designed an experiment to test if the dogs have the ability to copy humans' actions by using a simple wooden box. 10 owners showed their dogs how to open the wooden box .Sometimes they use their heads to push it and sometimes they use their hands.
10 dogs were divided into two groups—Group 1 and Group 2. In the first part of the test, Group 1 were rewarded with a piece of meat for copying their owner's actions. Group 2 were rewarded with food for not copying and using other ways. With each dog the experiment was repeated hundreds of times. Scientists recorded the time to see which group was first to get 85% right. They found that Group1finished the task much sooner than Group 2.
In the second part of the test, all the dogs were only rewarded for copying the way that their owners used. Group1 reached the 85% mark more quickly than Group 2.
So the scientists draw a conclusion: “Like humans, dogs can copy actions that they see. Dogs' imitative（仿效的）behavior is shaped more by their interactions（互动）with humans than by evolution(进化).”
Scientists said,“A dog's behavior is influenced much like that of a child; they look and learn similar behavior. We hope that owners understand the importance of their actions and use this knowledge to set good examples and therefore have a good effect on the behavior of their pets.”

On April 2, we said goodbye to Tiangong I, China's first space lab. According to the China Manned Space Agency (中国载人航天), Tiangong I re-entered the Earth's atmosphere (大气层) and some of its debris (碎片) fell into the South Pacific Ocean.

There are many spacecraft (宇宙飞船) that are still in orbit(轨道) above the Earth. After finishing their trips, they will all re-enter the Earth's atmosphere like Tiangong I.

There are two types of re-entries: controlled re-entry and uncontrolled re-entry.

Some satellites and manned spacecraft come back to the Earth in a controlled re-entry. Experts calculate (计算) the path of the falling spacecraft and its speed. Thy can guide the spacecraft to fall in a chosen area.

Some spacecraft may have problems while in space after a certain amount of time. These spacecraft come back in an uncontrolled re-entry. It is hard to tell when and where these spacecraft will fall until the last few hours. The US space station Skylab came back partially uncontrolled in 1979. Parts of the station fell in western Australia, but no one was hurt.

During re-entry, most of the spacecraft will burn up while passing through the Earth's atmosphere. Only a small amount of the debris will reach the ground. The debris typically ends up falling into the ocean, China Daily reported.

Venus is the second planet from the sun in our solar system. It is the second brightest natural object, behind Earth's moon, in the night sky. Why is it so bright?

First of all, Venus is the closest planet to Earth. It is also covered by highly reflective （反射的）clouds, which can reflect about 70 percent of the sunlight striking（照射） it, almost twice as much as Earth does.

Some called 2017 the year of Venus, because the planet is at its brightest when it goes further away from the sun, and nearer to Earth. The brightest moment happened once in February, and happened again, during daylight, on April 30^th.

If Venus is so bright and close to us, isn't it a better choice for human exploration than Mars? It is closer to Earth than Mars and it's closer to Earth in size. The closer distance to the sun means solar power would be easier to generate （产生） as well.

However, with a temperature of about 465℃on the surface, Venus is the hottest planet in our solar system!

But scientists never give up. Recently, a team of NASA and Russian scientists created new computer equipment that can stand the temperature of 480℃. It can work under Venus-like conditions for almost 22 days.

The next step, according to the scientists, is to send a probe（探测器）to Venus by 2025.
