Waste can be seen everywhere and it can bring a lot of problems. China is rich in some resources(资源), but we are short {#blank#}1{#/blank#} others, for example, fresh water. It is said {#blank#}2{#/blank#} we will have no coal or oil to use in 100 years. Also there is not enough food in some areas.
