We went to one of{#blank#}8{#/blank#} (beautiful) places— West Lake and boated in the lake. How relaxing and {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (excite)! We really enjoyed {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (we).

    When I was a little girl, I wanted to be an English {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (teach). When I grew up a little bit, I had great interests in {#blank#}2{#/blank#}. I loved going to concerts(音乐会) with my friends and reading music books and {#blank#}3{#/blank#} (magazine). During my last few months at high school, my dream was to {#blank#}4{#/blank#} a reporter for a music publication(刊物). {#blank#}5{#/blank#} I learned writing in college. But my teacher said my writing was terrible, and I {#blank#}6{#/blank#} not be a good reporter. My friends also told me it was difficult {#blank#}7{#/blank#} (find) a reporter job. Then I began {#blank#}8{#/blank#} (learn) public relation(公共关系), because I enjoyed {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (talk) with people.

    But now I work as an editor for a newspaper, I got the job because of my {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (write) skills. So don't let anyone tell you that you can't be what you want to be.
