Only Mother Love is true love. It gives everybody everything all {#blank#}1{#/blank#}  life. When you are still a baby, Mother takes good care of you as possible. In your walking hours she always holds you in her arms. When you are {#blank#}2{#/blank#} , she stops her work right now to look after you day and night and {#blank#}3{#/blank#} about herself. When you are growing up day by day, she feels very happy. When you are {#blank#}4{#/blank#}  enough go to school, Mother still looks after you all the time. On cold winter days, she always {#blank#}5{#/blank#}  you to put on more clothes. She always stands in the wind{#blank#}6{#/blank#}  for you back from school. When you hurry to leave home for school with little breakfast, she always feels {#blank#}7{#/blank#}  about you at home. She usually knows about your {#blank#}8{#/blank#}  and spends much money on your school things. When you do well at school, you will see the brightest smile on her face.
   Mother is {#blank#}9{#/blank#} ready to give everything she has to her children, not to receive. What true love that is in the{#blank#}10{#/blank#}! We will remember Mother Love for ever!

    Little Mary is a good girl. {#blank#}1{#/blank#}. Her home is not far from the school, but she often late for class because she likes watching TV, and listens to the music in the evening and goes to bed very late. {#blank#}2{#/blank#}. This term Mr. White, Mary's uncle, works in her school. He teaches Grade 2 history. {#blank#}3{#/blank#} He often tells Mary to obey the school rules and come to school on time.

    Today Mary got up late again. When she went to school, it was 8:15. Her uncle was waiting for her at the school gate. "You are ten minutes late for the first class." Mr. White said angrily(生气地). {#blank#}4{#/blank#}

    "Every time when I get to the street corner, I always see a sign(标志). It says {#blank#}5{#/blank#}." said Mary.

    In Britain, Boxing Day is usually celebrated on December 26th. {#blank#}1{#/blank#} This means it's not a working day in the whole of Britain. When Boxing Day falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the following Monday is the public holiday.

    One more thought is about the “Alms Box”placed in every church on Christmas Day. Worshippers (做礼拜的人)put gifts for the poor into it. These boxes were always opened the day after Christmas. {#blank#}4{#/blank#}

    Today, many businesses, organizations and families try to keep the traditional spirit of Boxing Day alive by giving away money to Food Banks, providing gifts for the poor, or helping families in need. {#blank#}5{#/blank#}

    Mike is from Sanya. It is a beautiful city in Hainan {#blank#}5{#/blank#}. Sanya is in the south of China. It {#blank#}6{#/blank#} lovely beaches. It's hot all year round. In winter, it's not cold at all. It's hot and warm. Sanya is well-known(众所周知的) for its good {#blank#}7{#/blank#}. That's why so many people love to {#blank#}8{#/blank#} winter holidays there.

    Linda's home town is Xi'an. It is an old city with a long {#blank#}9{#/blank#}. There are lots of parks and palaces in Xi'an. There are some popular restaurants in the city, {#blank#}10{#/blank#}. People love to go to the restaurants to taste (品尝) good food.
