About twenty years ago，Gao Xiaosong wrote the lyrics(歌词)of the classic folk song My old Classmate that touched millions of hearts．Now，as the producer of the new youth film of the same title，he is trying to do it again．

Starring Zhou Dongyu，22，and Lin Gengxin，26，My Old Classmate follows the pair's life and love from middle school，when they are tablemates(同桌)，through high school， college and beyond their graduation．

    In the first half hour，audiences(观众)constantly see the symbolic items(标志性物品)of the early 1990s,including pencil boxes and comic books．

The film also mentions important events that took place during the period from 1993 to 2013，including China's entry into the World'Frade Organization，the terrorist attacks against the US on Sept.11，2001，and the 2002 SARS outbreak in China．This attention to detail brings back many memories, especially among those who were born in the 1980s．

Then there's the main focus：the first love between Zhou's and Lin's characters．The film doesn't have a fairy tale(童话)ending，but director Guo Fan's way of storytelling is quite impressive．If audiences can see a little bit of themselves in the film，it has fulfilled its goal．And those who are experiencing their sweet first love need not worry too much，because no matter how it ends，the precious memories of it will always stay．

    The game of telephone is a classic ice breaker and party game. It's easy to set up and a lot of fun to play. You and your friends will try to pick a word or phrase, “pass it on” by whispering(耳语) it to someone next to you, and have fun seeing how much it changed during the game. All you will need to play is a couple of friends, a word or phrase, and a whisper.

Get everyone in place.

    Although the game of telephone is simple to play, you will need to arrange(安排) the players in a way that supports the game. Have everyone stand in either a line or a circle. Players should be spaced far enough apart that they won't overhear the word when it isn't their turn. Proper position is important when playing telephone.

Start the game.

    Choose a person to start the game. Make the person think of a word or give a certain word to him or her. And he or she should whisper it to the person next to them. The pronunciation of the word should sound like many others' as the idea is to see how much it changes by the game's end. Once the word has been told to the next person, they will whisper it to the person next to them.

Continue whispering the word.

    Players continue listening to the word and repeating what they think they heard to the person next to them. This is done until the last person in the line or circle is told the word. Every person should have heard the word or phrase by the end of the game.

See how much the word changed.

    Once the last person hears the word or phrase, they will say what they think they heard out-loud. This is compared to the original word that the game started with. This is the moment when all the players get to learn just how much the word or phrase changed through their “telephone line”.

    “No man is an island” is a well-known line from John Donne's Devotion， written more than three hundred years ago. Even now people still agree with him. No one can live a completely isolated life. Without other people， life became empty and sad. We all need friends.

1)Be friendly and polite.

    Always greet with a smile. Begin with “excuse me” or “would you please”， when you want to ask somebody. Remember to say “thank you” and try to be as helpful as you can.

2)Go out of your way to be nice.

Find some time to do special things for other people. Making some soup for a sick neighbour may seem like a little thing to you， but it will make your neighbour feel a lot better.

3)Remember names.

    They say that the sweetest music to a person's ears is the sound of his or her own name.

4)Be open-minded.

    Try to understand other people's ways and ideas and learn something from them.

5)Listen patiently.

    When someone is talking to you， look at him or her， listen carefully and say something when necessary.

    In many English homes people eat four meals a day: breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner.

    People have breakfast at any time from seven to nine in the morning. They eat porridge, eggs or bread. English people drink tea or coffee at breakfast. Lunch comes at one o'clock. Afternoon tea is from four to five in the afternoon and dinner is about half past seven. First they have soups, and then they have meat or fish with vegetables. After that they eat some other things, like bananas, apples or oranges. But not all English people eat like that. Some of them have their dinner in the middle of the day. Their meals are breakfast, dinner, tea and supper and all these meals are very necessary.
