The Great Wall is known as the eighth wonder of the world. Every year thousands of tourists from all over the world come to visit this place of {#blank#}1{#/blank#} in China.
Last Saturday I went to theGreat Wall {#blank#}2{#/blank#} some of my friends. It was a sunny day. On our way up, we saw many volunteers(志愿者) keeping working in the sun. They helped the elders with their bags., {#blank#}3{#/blank#} photos for some tourists and answered people's questions. Though they are very{#blank#}4{#/blank#} , they didn't stop to have a rest. We were deeply moved when we saw this.

Just at the moment, we saw {#blank#}5{#/blank#} little boy standing alone and crying. We went over and asked what {#blank#}6{#/blank#} to him. From his answer we knew that he couldn't find his mother. We told him not to {#blank#}7{#/blank#} about it and then we tried to get to touch with his mother with the phone number he gave us. Twenty minutes {#blank#}8{#/blank#} , his mother turned up. When she saw her son, she was very excited and thanked {#blank#}9{#/blank#} with tears in her eyes.

That day we not only enjoyed the beauty of the Great Wall, but also felt the warmth of the society. {#blank#}10{#/blank#}  everyone can reach out a helping hand to others, the world will be more and more harmonious(和谐的).

       The Internet is wonderful. It{#blank#}1{#/blank#}  our life nicer, easier and {#blank#}2{#/blank#} interesting.     Chen Qingyuan, 13, is an ordinary student in Grade 8 in the United States. But he has made himself a “star” on WeChat! He has a public WeChat account ( ID: mgzxxx0811) to share his life in the US, from study to after-class activities. He has about 1,200 followers. Through pictures, he showed that US students would receive many materials {#blank#}6{#/blank#} the first school day, including the Principal's Letter and various forms to fill in. While in China, students would have a class meeting to discuss their class rules for the new term or share their different experiences of the last vacation with each other.

    Do you know what American students have to do in their school? In America, at the beginning of the term, students must choose their c{#blank#}1{#/blank#} and teachers first. While in China students usually have no chances（机会）to choose.

So at the first term, don't choose too many courses, o{#blank#}3{#/blank#} you'll feel very nervous and it may influence your study. Then you have to ask for some teaching plans. There is some information about subjects, time arranging (安排), marks and t{#blank#}4{#/blank#}. At the same time, you must choose the teachers. Different teachers have d{#blank#}5{#/blank#} teaching ways. If the teacher is called "killer" by the last grade, many students will give up choosing him. Because this kind of teacher will leave too m{#blank#}6{#/blank#} homework, too many exams and give too low grades.

    There is a{#blank#}7{#/blank#} thing after you choose the courses and the teachers. It is hard for each student to buy textbooks. The textbooks in America are very e{#blank#}8{#/blank#}. Each copy is about $30~50. In order to save money, many students buy some used textbooks, and some students usually borrow textbooks f{#blank#}9{#/blank#} the school library. You must get ready before classes. In class, discussing is very important. The teachers e{#blank#}10{#/blank#} you to raise questions or show your own opinions. They don't usually ask you to sit well. I{#blank#}11{#/blank#}, they allow you to sit or stand everywhere you like. They don't give you much homework to do. You can learn some knowledge and do exercises by yourself.

    In 1990, when I {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (be) nine years old, I wanted very much to find {#blank#}2{#/blank#} pen friend. I found Ashley's address in a magazine, and decided {#blank#}3{#/blank#} (write) to her.
