Jack's Saturday

    Yesterday {#blank#}1{#/blank#}（is/was） Saturday. Jack was at home. In the morning, he {#blank#}2{#/blank#}（cook/cooked） noodles for breakfast. Then he {#blank#}3{#/blank#}（does/did） his homework. After one hour, he {#blank#}4{#/blank#}（help/helped） his mother. In the afternoon, he {#blank#}5{#/blank#}（listen/listened） to music. In the evening, he didn't {#blank#}6{#/blank#}（play/played） on the computer. He {#blank#}7{#/blank#}（watch/watched） TV with his grandparents. He {#blank#}8{#/blank#}（has/had） a happy day.

    Guangzhou is my hometown. It is my {#blank#}1{#/blank#} city in China. It is the {#blank#}2{#/blank#} in China. It has many {#blank#}3{#/blank#} schools, parks, restaurants, hotels, supermarkets and shops. And it has many tall {#blank#}4{#/blank#}, too. One of the tallest buildings in the {#blank#}5{#/blank#} is the Canton Tower. You can see it in the picture here. As you see, it is very big. In fact, it is 450 meters {#blank#}6{#/blank#}. At night, there are many {#blank#}7{#/blank#} on it. You can go to the {#blank#}8{#/blank#} of this tower by lift. From the top, you can see the {#blank#}9{#/blank#} city. It's {#blank#}10{#/blank#} beautiful. But remember, when you go to the Canton Tower, bring lots of {#blank#}11{#/blank#}, because the {#blank#}12{#/blank#} is very expensive.
