     Many people have cars in the city. But pollution is a problem because of the{#blank#}1{#/blank#}. Nowadays some downtown (市中心) areas around the world don't have cars. These car-free zones (无车区) are{#blank#}2{#/blank#} for people, bicycles, and public transportation only.

     Eight million people{#blank#}3{#/blank#} in the center of London and another two million people go to work there every day. The downtown area is very{#blank#}4{#/blank#} with hundreds of cars, buses, and taxis, but there are {#blank#}5{#/blank#}a lot of beautiful parks with free music concert. At lunchtime, many people go there for a rest {#blank#}6{#/blank#} they get off work.

     Parts of Tokyo are always crowded with hundreds of people - but no cars! These modern car-free zones are{#blank#}7{#/blank#} popular and people like shopping there.

     In the past, Bogota was polluted because there{#blank#}8{#/blank#}lots of cars and traffic. Now the downtown area is car-free zone and the air is{#blank#}9{#/blank#}! Many people don't have a car and half a million people take the bus{#blank#}10{#/blank#}. There are lots of stores. It's not expensive.

    Beijing is entering the best travel season﹣"golden autumn". The wind is blowing and the sun {#blank#}1{#/blank#}（照耀）. The colorful city sights make autumn the most popular season to visit Beijing.

During the National Day holidays last year, my parents and I had a trip abroad. My father is i{#blank#}1{#/blank#} in old countries so he chose to visit India. India is in the south of A{#blank#}2{#/blank#}. It has a long h{#blank#}3{#/blank#} and the most famous s{#blank#}4{#/blank#} is Taj Mahal( 泰姬陵).

   We f{#blank#}5{#/blank#}to India from Shanghai. It took us just a few hours to get there. I c{#blank#}6{#/blank#}a camera with me so that I could take photos of the beautiful views. There are many elephants in India. The guide a{#blank#}7{#/blank#}me to ride on an elephant. Though my heart was f{#blank#}8{#/blank#} with fear, I rode on it at last. I rode on the elephant for half an hour and it was an exciting e{#blank#}9{#/blank#}. My father took some photos of me. We e {#blank#}10{#/blank#} ourselves in India. What's more, we learned more about this old country.

    I like sports very much. Last weak, I took part in the school basketball match. It was so{#blank#}1{#/blank#}（令人愉快的).The fans{#blank#}2{#/blank#} (为...加油 )us on and we played{#blank#}3{#/blank#}(好的) than usual so we won the match. Our teacher was very{#blank#}4{#/blank#}(满意的)with us and we took photosinthe{#blank#}5{#/blank#}(体育馆)。

    Doing sports is a good{#blank#}6{#/blank#}(选 择 )to keep fit. There are{#blank#}7{#/blank#}大 量 )of sports for us to choose. Some of my {#blank#}8{#/blank#}( 同学)like playing volleyball and others like playing baseball .For me, basketball is my favourite.

    China is a kind of artwork. It {#blank#}1{#/blank#} for ancient Chinese culture.

    Jemmy, a foreigner that comes from Italy, {#blank#}2{#/blank#} lives in Japan now, thinks china is very beautiful, fascinating and charming. He has never seen china. Amusingly, he focused on Chinese culture for rather long and {#blank#}3{#/blank#} the courses about Chinese literature at university. He's always wanting a chance to watch some china, of course, he is also hoping for the day he can have a look at the colorful china.

A professor fond of china said," Making china requires superb skills, rich experience and perfect carving, these are {#blank#}7{#/blank#} make china exquisite and charming." However, his understanding of china remains {#blank#}8{#/blank#} the surface. He added, "There are lots of things about china that need me to know, to seek and to feel, which are also what I'm learning."

    In addition to(除了) what they mentioned, I think the more important reason {#blank#}9{#/blank#} China is becoming popular is that it represents the diligence(勤劳) and wisdom of Chinese. What's more, china has also recorded the {#blank#}10{#/blank#} of dynasties and the process(进展) of history. It's obvious that china has a lot of meanings, but they are really hard understood.
