Happiness is for everyone. In fact, happiness is always around you if you care about it. When you are in {#blank#}1{#/blank#} at school, your classmates will help you; when you study hard at your {#blank#}2{#/blank#} , your parents are always taking good {#blank#}3{#/blank#} of you; when you get succeed(成功), your friends will say congratulations {#blank#}4{#/blank#} you; when you do something {#blank#}5{#/blank#} , people around you will help you correct it; and when you do something good to {#blank#}6{#/blank#} , you will feel happy, too. All these things are {#blank#}7{#/blank#} . If you pay attention to them, you can see happiness is always {#blank#}8{#/blank#} you. Happiness is not the same as money. When you are poor, you can say you are very happy, because people can't buy happiness {#blank#}9{#/blank#} money. When you meet problems, you can also say loudly you are very happy, because you have many friends to help you. So you can't always say you are poor and you have bad luck. If you agree with me, you can be a happy and {#blank#}10{#/blank#} person.

    Today is July 8th, I'm in my grandparents' home. Last week grandpa called me. He asked me {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (spend) my vacation with him. He {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (live) in a village. It's small but it's very cool there in summer. It's very hot in our city. So I often feel bored here. I was very happy and thanked him. I said, "I'm going to visit you when our summer vacation begins."

    It was June 30th, last Tuesday. My parents took me to the supermarket and we bought some delicious food. They told me to take it to grandpa. The next morning daddy took me to the train station. It was the first time for me {#blank#}3{#/blank#} (have) a trip by myself. But I felt relaxed. I'm fourteen and I learned a lot in geography class. The train {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (leave) at six thirty. I looked out of the windows in the train. I found the scenery （风景）was beautiful. I wasn't tired at all.

    At four in the afternoon my train arrived at a station. I saw my grandpa {#blank#}5{#/blank#} (stand) outside. I got off the train and ran to him. He {#blank#}6{#/blank#}(be) happy when he saw me. I looked at him up and down. He was old but strong.

    You might have heard the story of The Tortoise and the Hare (《龟兔赛跑》). The hare lost because he was sleeping {#blank#}1{#/blank#}of keeping running during the race. However, there is another more interesting story.

    Once {#blank#}2{#/blank#}a time, a rabbit (家兔) and a turtle (海龟) were arguing about who was faster. {#blank#}3{#/blank#}could give an answer, so they decided to have a race.

    Before the race, the story The Tortoise and the Hare{#blank#}4{#/blank#} the rabbit of his friend, the hare." He should be able to teach me{#blank#}5{#/blank#}useful lesson." So he called the hare." How can I{#blank#}6{#/blank#} the race?" he asked. The hare answered, "Don't be{#blank#}7{#/blank#}like me!"

    The next day, the two animals met. When the fox called "Go!" in  a loud {#blank#}8{#/blank#}, the rabbit started running as fast as possible. Soon, he couldn't see the turtle. He didn't slow down. He ran the whole race {#blank#}9{#/blank#}he reached the finishing line.

    In the end, however, he was so{#blank#}10{#/blank#}that he found the turtle was already at the finishing line!" How did you get here so fast?" asked the rabbit. The turtle smiled and said, "Well, I also called the tortoise. He told me to take a taxi!"
