A young college student thought that he chose the wrong major (专业) at a common college, so he drank every day and didn't study at all. He b more and more discouraged.

 Luis and his wife Gloria live in a nice apartment, but it isn't big enough. They need a house with at least three bedrooms. They also want to have a yard for the children to play in.
