Dear peter,

I'm more than happy to hearing from you and grateful for your advices. As we know, a great number of students has improved their studies by taking part in weekend classes. And I won't do so, because of I think it's not suitable for me. Weekend classes often focus on lots of exercises and teachers give lessons at a fast speed. It's not good for a student like me who doesn't have a good command of basically knowledge. What's more, it will cost a lot of money if I took part in weekend classes, that will increase the economic burden of my parents.

As for improve my study, I will change my learning method and pay more attention to the understanding of basic knowledge. If necessary, I will ask my classmates and teachers help me.

I hardly remember my grandmother. She used to holding me on her knees and sing old songs. I was only four when she passes away. She is just a distant memory for me now. I remember my grandfather very much. He was tall, with broad shoulder and a beard that turned from black toward gray over the years. He had a deep voice, which set himself apart from others in our small town, he was strong and powerful. On January 5th, students in our school visited Robot World, which we saw a great diversity of robot. I was amazing to find those robots could do a great number of things just like real people, included playing chess, playing the piano and drawing pictures. What's more, the robots were in different kinds and shapes, which made us enjoyable. In addition, that excited me most is the show given by a group of robots. They danced just as if they were dancers on the stage. By visiting Robot World, I have learned a lot of about robots, especial about their functions and shapes. The great human wisdom is so powerful that it make us feel more comfortable live in the world.

Last Saturday I went to the library as usually. At about noon, I was enjoying my reading near a lake while suddenly I hear someone crying for help. I went up to see what was happened. I was shocking to find a little child struggling in the water in the distance while many peoples were standing by without doing anything. Without any hesitation, I had pushed through the crowd as I took off my coat, but jumped into the water quickly. I managed to reach him and carried him back to safety. To his great relief, the kid was saved.

I am proud what I did. I hope everyone can give a hand when someone else is in need.

I'm sorry to hear that you feel lonely in the new school, because you find hard to make friends. Now, I'd like to offer you some advices. Firstly, it's normal of you to feel lonely because you are living in a new environment. Secondly, you should greet your classmates when met them on campus.
