Recently I have found many of us students spend too much time sending text messages or {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (play) games on cell phones, which has negative effects on our students and also does them to our eyes. Worse still, it is {#blank#}2{#/blank#} waste of time. We have little time to communicate {#blank#}3{#/blank#} our parents and friends. {#blank#}4{#/blank#} do we have time for physical exercise.

    What shall we do {#blank#}5{#/blank#} (improve) the situation? All of us should be {#blank#}6{#/blank#} (full) aware of the harmful effects of frequent use of cell phones. To begin with, let's limit our time {#blank#}7{#/blank#} (spend) on cell phones and start other hobbies. And we should spend more time playing sports, which is {#blank#}8{#/blank#} (benefit) to us. besides, talking with friends is also a good choice to help us relax and get rid of the {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (addict).      You will meet many people in school, in college and at work. They'll try to have nicer cars, bigger houses or {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (pretty) clothes. To them, life is a {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (compete) — the have to do better than their peers to be happy.

     Don't worry about having a nicer car or house or anything material, or even {#blank#}6{#/blank#} better-paying job. None of them matters, and none of them will make you happier. You'll obtain these {#blank#}7{#/blank#}(thing) and then only want more. Instead, learn to be satisfied with having enough and then use the time {#blank#}8{#/blank#}  would have been wasted to earn money to buy those things.

    Find your passion, and go after it{#blank#}9{#/blank#} (constant). Don't work for only paying the bills. Life is too short {#blank#}10{#/blank#}   (waste) on a job you hate.

    As we all know, we are what we eat. That's because what we eat every day has {#blank#}1{#/blank#}great effect on our health. Therefore, we should make every effort {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (change) our bad eating habits. Although baked or fried foods may be {#blank#}3{#/blank#}(taste), eating too much of them will {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (probable) result in some illnesses. {#blank#}5{#/blank#}, some food that costs us a great deal of money and is not healthy is junk food.

    Compared with people in the West, Chinese people used to eat more grain and vegetables, but {#blank#}6{#/blank#}(little) meat, which is a good eating habit.  However, things are quite different now. With the rapid economic {#blank#}7{#/blank#}(grow) of our country, we now also eat a lot of food that is high in sugar and fat. We {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(run) the risk eating out without considering the balance of our diet.
