    Yesterday I stepped into a restaurant for lunch. As I was waiting my order to come, I noticed the old man in a wheelchair roll himself over to a table. No one and me seemed to notice him.     Nowadays Senior 3 students are generally faced with a lot of pressure, that is rather common. To reduce it, the following suggestion may help. First of all, know exactly what lead to your pressure, and then you can take measures to deal with it. Secondly, set up a goal that is not too high, in the other words, don't put too many pressure on yourself. Thirdly, finding a way to relax yourself occasionally. For example, you can listen music, go swimming or just simple go walking. Eventually, make friends with others, for example, your classmates, your teachers, and our parents. They will understand you and come to your help though you are really in trouble. In a word, never get yourself stuck in the pressure for "impossible is nothing".

    After the busy school life started again a month ago, the more exciting part of it came in September when my classmates and I attended the very Heritage Across Borders Program which took place at Zhejiang University. The program mainly focused at how heritage is valued and preserved.

    As young activists in heritage protection, we felt it honored to meet the world's leading group of researchers and professional in heritage .studies. We are deeply impressed by their skills. Besides, their anecdotes were extreme interesting.

    China is highlighted what is known as cultural confidence nowadays, but we are proud of our efforts to preserve local heritage.
