When I was young, I was terribly poor in the Chinese. Be afraid of expressing myself was one of the reasons why I rarely did well in school. Once I failed in a mid-term exam. When I got the papers, I realized things could have been better if I listened to the teacher much more attentive. So I turned to my teacher for helps and he told me, "Where there is a will, there is a way. If you are devoted to learn Chinese, you'll make it." I couldn't agree much. From then on, I began to work harder. Out of my expect, I made great progress soon. Today, Chinese is which my strength lies. And I'm grateful for my Chinese teacher.

    Last Sunday, sixty students from our school pay a visit to China Science and Technology Museum.

    The museum, which main task is to spread the knowledge of science and technology, covers area of 48,000 square meters. The moment when we entered the museum, the exhibition caught their attention.In the museum, we saw the latest progresses in science and technology. Moreover, we did an amazed scientific experiment by ourselves. What appealed for us most was the 3D film that made us feel we were in real events.

    Though the visiting time was slight short, we gained a lot. It is so an instructive activity that we hope more will be organized in the future.

    Dream is a common word in our daily life. What we all know, people like to use it to express the strong desires they have for our future. Some young people dream of become scientists while others wished to become musicians.

    In my opinion, what matter most is that we should be responsible our society and its citizens. I want to be independent and have a strongly sense of responsibility. And also I want to be helpful to people who are in the trouble. Beside, I will learn from those devoting themselves to our society. I do hope all of us can make every efforts to realize our dreams.

    I know you are very annoying about your results in the midterm examination. I've just read an useful article about how a positive attitude affect our behavior.

    Naturally, fail an examination can be very discouraging. If you think too many about the past, you will never be able to focus what is more important for now and the future.     A photo on my desk always takes me back to the moment that I gave a talent show for foreign friend. In the picture, I can be seen delicate performing Erhu. When I introduced myself at English, the audience applauded encourage me. I was no longer nervous. I devoted myself wholeheartedly to play. My performance was quite a success. Before the performance, an American was named Amy, who was of my age, sang the song God Is a Girl to me. We even make a deal that we would teach each other my mother tongues.
