举一反三
How do you feel when you get up in the morning? Happy and active or tired and weak?
Do you often wake up with a headache(头痛)? Well, if the answer is yes, take Dr. Talbot's advice and start feeling better.
☆ Get up and move. If you hate feeling tired and unhappy, you should start exercising, Try running, swimming or cycling. When we exercise, our body produces special chemicals (化学药品) that give us energy and make us feel happier. If you can't stand exercising, listen to your favorite music and dance to it. That's exercise, too.
☆ Eat healthily. You should eat three balanced (平衡的) meals every day and you shouldn't eat too much fast food. If you need some extra (额外的) energy the whole day, make an energy drink. Mix (混和) together fresh fruit juice and low-fat milk. It tastes great!
☆ Go out and enjoy nature. The smell of flowers will make you feel happy. Even the smell of your favorite food can change the way you feel!
☆ Wake your body up. When you have a shower, change the temperature of the water—from hot to cold and back to hot again. You'll feel the difference.
☆ Laugh! You should laugh for, at least, three minutes, three times a day. It will make you feel great!

A good memory is a great help in learning a language.  Everybody learns his own language by r{#blank#}5{#/blank#} what he hears when he is a small child. Some children live with their parents in foreign countries and they seem to l{#blank#}6{#/blank#} two languages as easily as one. In school it is not so e{#blank#}7{#/blank#} to learn a foreign language because students have little time for it, and they are busy with other subjects too. A man's mind is quite like a camera, but it takes photos not only of what we see but also of what we f{#blank#}8{#/blank#}, hear, smell and taste.     As we can see above, u{#blank#}3{#/blank#} mobile phones may cause accidents and even cost a lot of money. Also, more and more interesting and strange facts happen to the “Heads-down Tribe”. Let's have a look at an interesting TV r{#blank#}4{#/blank#}. A man in America k{#blank#}5{#/blank#} using his mobile phone on his way home. As a result, he knocked into a big lost bear. Another fact is that we can often see people in the restaurant eating face to face but looking at their o{#blank#}7{#/blank#} mobile phones.     Mobile phones are helpful and necessary tools for modern life. Are mobile phones good or bad? It depends on h{#blank#}10{#/blank#} people use them. Let's be “healthy” users and try to be the “Heads-up Tribe.”
