    Whenever you do things you don't like, you will start to hate yourself a bit more. You will hate yourself for not being consistent. For doing things you know that you don't want to do, another stress is right there.

Do less

    This is one of the hardest things, especially for me. I'm doing too many things at the same time. In itself, doing many different things to figure out what works and what doesn't isn't that hard. {#blank#}2{#/blank#} .But at some point you need to

     let go of the things that don't work and focus on the things that work. And that's the hardest part, at least for me.

    {#blank#}3{#/blank#} .And if you always try to make everything work, you'll usually end up with nothing working at all.

Get rid of complicated things

    There are many complicated（复杂的）things in life. Complicated relationships, complicated jobs, complicated whatever. what all of these things do is that they steal our focus. {#blank#}4{#/blank#} 

Read books, not blogs

    Blogs consist of too much information for our brains to process. Blogs usually leave out the story our brains need. {#blank#}5{#/blank#} Don't believe me? Try it. What parts of this blog post do you remember? Probably none.

    If you think about school, is there one teacher who stands out above all others? One person who is your favorite and who really inspires you? Why?{#blank#}1{#/blank#} I've decided that I want to become a teacher because teaching is so rewarding and it provides so many opportunities. I get to inspire future generations – what could be better?

    I'm currently helping out in two schools – a primary and a secondary school – and I'm actually really enjoying it. Some says are challenging and I ask myself why I am doing it, but then one of my students will answer a question or be interested in my lesson and suddenly everything becomes worthwhile.{#blank#}2{#/blank#}

    I plan my own lessons and make them as fun as serious as I like.{#blank#}3{#/blank#} That is why my lessons are never boring. Sometimes my classes don't go according to the plan, so I switch the way I teach and do something that I know my students will enjoy.

    {#blank#}4{#/blank#} I teach biology, geography, history, technology, social sciences and music … all is English! I get to study English literature, which is my passion, and pass on my knowledge and enthusiasm to my students, and I get to teach a huge variety of classes and age groups.

    {#blank#}5{#/blank#} As a result, I have to try and cater for everybody by including a variety of tasks and exercises as well as interesting multimedia, like videos and games.

The best classes are when I give the students a topic to discuss – usually one which they feel very passionate about – and let them have their say.

    In an adult's opinion, sleep is a precious commodity. Usually we don't feel as if we get enough sleep, which is something we are always longing for.{#blank#}1{#/blank#} For some reason, kids never acknowledge the feeling of "tiredness" as meaning "I need sleep". What's more, for many children, sleep represents an unwanted separation from the important people in their lives.{#blank#}2{#/blank#}

    How do parents make the problem worse? I hear so many parents complain that they can't get their children to go to sleep. Let's take a close look at this concept. We cannot make a child go to sleep, but we can make them go to bed.{#blank#}3{#/blank#} If you even try to control a child's ability to go to sleep, you are losing the battle before you begin. Even our children themselves cannot really control when they go to sleep. The most we as parents can do is to make the environment helpful to sleep.{#blank#}4{#/blank#}

    It's time that you decided what your own feelings are about bedtime and analyzed your feelings and needs, and your child's feelings and needs. {#blank#}5{#/blank#} The most important guideline is that you decide what you are going to do, and then stick with it. Parents usually create their own problems by dancing around and between all the different bedtime methods until they get themselves angry and their kids confused. So, the first step is to decide exactly how you will handle bedtime. The second step is to communicate your rules to your child. The third step is to carry out the plan.

    Air pollution is a killer. The World Health Organization says it kills an estimated seven million people around the world each year.{#blank#}1{#/blank#} , it can make us very sick.

    However, breathing dirty air may do more than hurt your body.{#blank#}2{#/blank#} .A new study shows that air pollution can cause a “huge” reduction in our intelligence. The researchers reposed that long-time exposure to air pollution can affect a person's mental abilities in two areas: language and mathematics.

    {#blank#}3{#/blank#} .Between 2010 and 2014, these Chinese men, women and children were given language and math tests. Then they compared the test results with measurements of pollution in the air, namely nitrogen dioxide and sulfur dioxide, and found that breathing polluted air can reduce a person's education level by about one year.

    It has found that the effect generally is worse for those over 64 years of age, for men and for those with little or no education.

    “{#blank#}4{#/blank#} .And we find, quite interestingly, males are more affected than females. And people working outdoors are more affected than people working indoors, ”one of researchers said.

    He noted that the youngest people in the study were 10 years old, while the oldest was 90.They came from 25 of China'S 33 provinces.{#blank#}5{#/blank#}.

    The researchers also noted that the effect of pollution on verbal ability is even more serious as people age, especially among men and the less educated.

How to write an email?

    While many people are accessible by email, sometimes it is difficult to determine how exactly to write an email to them. Here are some tips for you to follow.

    Write an appropriate subject line. The subject line should tell the recipient (接收者) immediately what the email is about. {#blank#}1{#/blank#} Remember that your wording also has to be brief.

    {#blank#}2{#/blank#} It is best to be more formal rather than informal, so when writing to someone you have never met or written to before, a "Dear Jane Smith" is appropriate. When addressing someone whom you are a little familiar with, a "Dr. Smith" is okay until they tell you to address them by their first name, in which case a simple "Jane" will be okay.

    {#blank#}3{#/blank#} Within the first two sentences of your email, your recipient should know exactly why you are writing to him. Sometimes an introduction may have to precede (先于) the sentence that states why you are writing, and sometimes it has to follow.

    Use appropriate language. You may be used to using informal language in certain social settings. {#blank#}4{#/blank#} Even when dealing with colleagues or friends you are familiar with, do not immediately fall back on informal language.

    Keep it simple. People may get dozens and even hundreds of emails a day. {#blank#}5{#/blank#} In that way, they can save much of their time when reading emails.

    Rivers play an important role on the earth, and we can't imagine what the earth would be like without rivers. {#blank#}1{#/blank#}

    With a length of 6, 650 kilometers, the Nile is the longest river in the world. The Nile River has been the source of human civilization since ancient times. The Nile has two main branches—the White Nile and the Blue Nile. The White Nile starts from the Great Lakes region of East and Central Africa through Lake Victoria. {#blank#}2{#/blank#} The Blue Nile carries with it a lot of fertile soil which turns out to be very important to farming in Egypt.

    The Amazon River is the world's largest river with a width of about 40 kilometers during the rainy seasons but about 10 kilometers wide when it is not flooded. The Amazon River has such a big water volume that it accounts for(占.....比例) more than 20% of all the world's fresh water—far more than any other river. {#blank#}3{#/blank#}The main Amazon River flows mostly through Brazil and Peru but its tributaries can also be found in many other countries.
