    Do you ever feel like you've got a great idea, one that makes you feel unbelievably inspired and want to change the world?  We've all been there. And we'll all be there again and again throughout life. So take a deep breath, and try these techniques:

    Start small.

    So often, we feel the need to take great leaps and bounds. Every day needs to be filled with productivity. But we reach a point where we get overwhelmed(不知所措的) by all the things we have to do. Break it down.  Take a baby step. Once you get going, it will be harder to stop.

    Do the thing you're afraid of.

    Often when we get overwhelmed, it's because the task ahead is daunting(吓人的). There's no easy way around it. The more we think about it, the more frightened we feel.  Most of the time, things are never as bad as we imagined them in our minds.

   

    The biggest misunderstanding is that we have to do everything on our own. But that's simply not true. Success never comes without support. So reach out. Call a friend. Ask for advice. Your community will be more than happy to help, and you'll feel better.

     The harder you work for something you believe in, the better you will feel about it. And once you learn how to handle hitting a brick wall, it will get easier to deal with the next time around.

    Trust is a learned behavior that we gain from past experiences. {#blank#}1{#/blank#} Trust is a risk. But you can't be successful when there's a lack of trust in a relationship that results from an action where the wrongdoer takes no responsibility to fix the mistake.

    Unfortunately,we've all been victims of betrayal. Whether we've been stolen from,lied to,misled,or cheated on,there are different levels of losing trust. Sometimes people simply can't trust anymore. {#blank#}2{#/blank#} It's understandable,but if you're willing to build trust in a relationship again,we have some steps you can take to get you there.

    {#blank#}3{#/blank#} Having confidence in yourself will help you make better choices because you can see what the best outcomewould be for your well-being.

    {#blank#}4{#/blank#} If you've been betrayed,you are the victim of your circumstance. But there's a difference between being a victim and living with a “victim mentality”. At some point in all of our lives,we'll have our trust tested or violated.

    You didn't lose “everything”. Once trust is lost,what is left? Instead of looking at the situation from this hopeless angle,look at everything you still have and be thankful for all of the good in your life. {#blank#}5{#/blank#} Instead,it's a healthy way to work through the experience to allow room余地 for positive growth and forgiveness.

    I like travelling very much.{#blank#}1{#/blank#}They are wonderful adventures filled with new sights and experiences. And my wife and I have another trip in the planning stages.

    We're home now and have settled back into our daily routine of life.{#blank#}2{#/blank#} I find that when I am at home, particularly for a while when we have just returned from a trip, I feel very comfortable. Perhaps it is because everything around me is familiar and the daily routine is so much the same and I can move through it almost without thinking.{#blank#}3{#/blank#}Perhaps it is because we can have meals at home instead of always being in restaurants, although it's nice to let someone else do the cooking, and because I can sleep in my own bed.     Yet I guess I am probably a restless soul because I know that after I have been home for a while I will start to think about other places we might go and other things we want to see.{#blank#}5{#/blank#} We will travel again and we feel fortunate to be able to do so. Still, one of the best things about travelling for me is coming home. I'm very comfortable here at home even if it is difficult to say exactly why.

D. And I enjoy my daily life at home so much.
