    Keeping a diary in English is the effective way to improve our English writing ability．

    First, it takes little time to finish a diary than other writings．By keeping English diaries, we can easy form the habit of thinking about in English．

    Second, we can practice use English idioms and useful structures in our diary-writing．If we have difficulty finding suitable words or phrases to express our opinion, we can turn in English dictionaries or teacher for help．This is also a kind of learning．If we can keep on doing this, we would gradually learn how express ourselves in English freely．

    Having a dream is of great important. My dreams are very much ordinary but realistic. I hope I will be admitted into a top university and become good doctor after I graduated from university. I hope one day I can find a cure for cancer. I hope those who loves me and those whom I love will be healthy and live happily every day. To realize my dreams, I will take regularly exercise to build up my body. I will try my best to focus time and energy into my study.     Last Friday we have a discussion about whether it is the only way out for senior students to go to college.

    Last week I went to visit to my former neighbor, Mr. Yang. He and I used to living next to each other for many years. About half a year ago, an order came which the old building, along with many other similar ones, were going to be pulled down to make room for a main street.

    So I had to move apart. Mr. Yang now lives in the suburbs near a beautiful park. His new apartment is much big than before. The only problem is that it took quite a long time to get to the downtown area. Therefore, Mr. Yang doesn't seem to worry about the long distance. He says that new subway line is to be built in a few year and he is sure life will be better in the future.

    To provide a better environment for we to read and study, our school has rebuilt the library. I can't wait share with you the great changes what have taken place there.

    Large than before, the new library can be hold 500 people studying and reading there. What's much, the library has bought more new books, which are high thought of by both teachers and students. Besides, having bringing in 100 computers, the libraries allows us to have access to famous universities online libraries. It will be of great help to our studies.

    After visited the Beijing Normal School, Madame Peng took Sasha and Malia, my mother, and I to the Forbidden City. It is located right the heart of Beijing. As a name suggests, it is large enough to be a city of its own, which include nearly 1,000 buildings and nearly 10,000 rooms. In 1925, it was turning into a museum so that visitors like us from all over the world can stroll through many of the beautiful room and outdoor space. It is far too larger to fully experience in a single visit. We only wish we had more time to see everything．And I'm not sure that whether there could ever be enough time to fully enjoy all of the art and history in this wonderful place．
