Mr Smith lived by the sea. He had a big family and he had to work hard, or  his wife and children would be{#blank#}1{#/blank#} . So he had to get up early every day. After breakfast he set out in a small boat. He always hoped to{#blank#}2{#/blank#} . 
     One morning the man got to a good place for fishing.  He threw a long rope with many hooks（钩子）into the water. He found it very{#blank#}3{#/blank#} and pulled the hooks out of the sea. He saw there were some gold chains（链子. He , of course, was very {#blank#}4{#/blank#} . 
    “I'll {#blank#}5{#/blank#}  for a lot of money ,” he thought to himself.“I'll build a new house and buy expensive things. I'll be the {#blank#}6{#/blank#} man in the world!”
    Mr. Smith went on drawing his rope and didn't notice what was happening to his boat. It began to{#blank#}7{#/blank#} . As he was pulling the gold chains, the boat sank into the sea. He lost not only the gold chains ,but also {#blank#}8{#/blank#} !

Hi. I'm Chu Tong. I get up at half past six，and{#blank#}1{#/blank#}  have breakfast. I have bread，{#blank#}2{#/blank#} and milk from Monday to Thursday. I have beef and juice{#blank#}3{#/blank#} Friday. I go to school{#blank#}4{#/blank#} seven ten，and we have four{#blank#}5{#/blank#}in the morning. I have{#blank#}6{#/blank#}  with potatoes for lunch in the dining hall. There are many{#blank#}7{#/blank#}of food in it. I have three lessons in the afternoon. At five o'clock，I go to {#blank#}8{#/blank#} basketball  in the playground.{#blank#}9{#/blank#} is my favourite sport. Then I go home to do{#blank#}10{#/blank#} homework.

    Healthy eating doesn't just mean what you eat, but how you eat. Here is some {#blank#}1{#/blank#} on healthy eating.

    Eat with others. It can help you to see others' healthy eating {#blank#}2{#/blank#}. If you usually eat with your parents, you will find that the food you eat is more delicious.

    Listen to your body. Ask {#blank#}3{#/blank#} if you are really hungry. Have a glass of {#blank#}4{#/blank#} to see if you are thirsty—sometimes you are just thirsty, you need no food. Stop eating before you feel full.

    Eat breakfast. Breakfast is {#blank#}5{#/blank#} meal of the day. After you don't eat for the past ten hours, your body needs food to get you going, so you must eat {#blank#}6{#/blank#} for breakfast, you will be smarter after eating breakfast.

    Eat healthy snacks like fruits, yogurt(酸奶) or cheese. We all need snacks sometimes. In fact, it's a good idea to eat two healthy snacks {#blank#}7{#/blank#} your three meals. This doesn't mean that you can eat a bag of chips instead of a meal. Don't eat dinner {#blank#}8{#/blank#}. With our busy life, we always put off eating dinner until the last minute. Try to eat dinner at {#blank#}9{#/blank#} 3 hours before you go to bed. This will give your body a {#blank#}10{#/blank#} to digest(消化) most of the food before you rest for the next 8～10 hours.

    There was an emperor. He loved nothing {#blank#}1{#/blank#} new clothes. Two cheats told the emperor that they were the best weavers(织布工) in the world. They said they could make the most {#blank#}2{#/blank#} cloth. The cloth was magical. {#blank#}3{#/blank#} people couldn't see it. A few days later, the cheats {#blank#}4{#/blank#} the new clothes. The emperor took off all his clothes {#blank#}5{#/blank#} a pair of shorts. Then the cheats {#blank#}6{#/blank#} him up with the new clothes. When the emperor put on the clothes, all he could see was his underwear. But he didn't want people to think he was stupid, so he said the clothes were beautiful. The parade (游行) began. Everyone praised(赞扬) the emperor's new clothes. "But he has nothing on but a pair of shorts!" said a {#blank#}7{#/blank#} People began to whisper(低声说)，"The emperor is {#blank#}8{#/blank#} nothing but a pair of shorts." The emperor{#blank#}9{#/blank#} the people's words. "The weavers {#blank#}10{#/blank#} me," he thought. But he had no choice but to finish the parade.

    This term we have a new English teacher from Australia, Mr Green. He teaches very well and is {#blank#}1{#/blank#} to us.

    Last Sunday some of my classmates and I went to visit him. He cooked some Australian food for us. We taught him {#blank#}2{#/blank#} to use chopsticks and the way of making dumplings.

    He had an interest in making Chinese food. He also told us a lot of western customs(习俗). For example, when they have dinner in a restaurant together, they {#blank#}3{#/blank#} keep quiet.

    When it was time for us to leave, I said to him, "Come to my home for dinner when you have time." He looked happy and asked, "When?" But {#blank#}4{#/blank#} fact, I was just to be polite. From that, we could see the {#blank#}5{#/blank#} from country to country.
