You might want to think twice before purchasing{#blank#}1{#/blank#}(conventional) grown strawberries or spinach(菠菜). According to a new report from the Environmental Working Group(EWG), these foods are the most likely{#blank#}2{#/blank#}(pollute) with the pesticide.

    Even low levels of pesticide exposure can be harmful to infants, babies and young children,{#blank#}3{#/blank#}parents and caregivers should take measures to lower children's exposures{#blank#}4{#/blank#}pesticides while still{#blank#}5{#/blank#}(feed) them diets rich in healthy fruits and vegetables.

    Just last year, the red berry knocked apples and{#blank#}6{#/blank#}(hold) the title of the most polluted. The pesticide increased in strawberries because of out-of-season demand. The most polluted strawberry had traces of 20{#blank#}7{#/blank#}(vary) pesticides.

    Also moving up on{#blank#}8{#/blank#}list this year is spinach. Spinach jumps from the{#blank#}9{#/blank#}(eight) to the second most polluted product. The study finds spinach samples contain more pesticides by weight than all other produce{#blank#}10{#/blank#}(test). In high doses, it can cause damage to the nervous system.

    Jackie Robinson made his debut (初次露面) with the Brooklyn Dodgers on April 15,1947, and broke the color barrier {#blank#}1{#/blank#}African Americans in baseball.
