Yesterday I visited the Hong Shan Forest Zoo. I was{#blank#}1{#/blank#} to find few people there. {#blank#}2{#/blank#} are very important places. They provide homes{#blank#}3{#/blank#} many endangered animals .They also help to educate the public about
{#blank#}4{#/blank#} them . If we {#blank#}5{#/blank#} our zoos, they won't have enough money to take care of so{#blank#}6{#/blank#} fine animals. Therefore, People should go and visit the zoos more often to learn about animals and help to protect them{#blank#}7{#/blank#} .
However, some people don't think so. They think zoos are terrible places for animals to live.“I've visited a lot of zoos in my life, and I have never seen one I like or one that{#blank#}8{#/blank#} animals to live in .”Jenny said The animals{#blank#}9{#/blank#} in small cages and can {#blank#}10{#/blank#} move at all .What's more, they are only given food once a week That's terrible.

    The meanings of colors play an important {#blank#}1{#/blank#}in our world. What a color pass to a person of the west, may be very {#blank#}2{#/blank#}to someone in the east.     BLUE

    People around the world think{#blank#}7{#/blank#}and the sky with the color blue. For this reason, blue is widely {#blank#}8{#/blank#}with peace and calm. But to the Cherokees (切罗基族人), blue meant trouble or failure. In the United States we have come to connect the color blue with sadness.

    GREEN

    In Paris, all garage collectors are clothed in green, drive green trucks and the bins are also green. In many parts of the world,{#blank#}9{#/blank#} has become a symbol of kindness and the earth.

    YELLOW

    Yellow is a color that symbolizes the sun. In the United States, school buses and taxis are often yellow{#blank#}10{#/blank#}they can catch the eyes. But to the Egyptians, yellow was a color of mourning (哀悼).

    As an English{#blank#}1{#/blank#}goes, "A true friend reaches for your hand and touches your heart." I have a good friend called Dale. He{#blank#}2{#/blank#}me a lot. We knew each other when we were in{#blank#}3{#/blank#}Dale is very funny and he often{#blank#}4{#/blank#}As for study, we are{#blank#}5{#/blank#}hard-working and like to learn everything new.     I'm not saying that I am not an example of this, but it {#blank#}3{#/blank#}mazes(使惊愕) me how people can spend so much time on their phones without {#blank#}4{#/blank#}to others. Has it gone too far?

    Recently, my smart phone broke and had to be {#blank#}5{#/blank#}off for repair for a week or so. I had to use a really old, basic phone just to keep me in touch with my family and {#blank#}6{#/blank#}. All I could do on this phone was to send text messages, make calls and play one game. And I loved it. I loved being  {#blank#}7{#/blank#}from the Internet, and I really didn't mind not having updates(更新) about what my friends were doing. It allowed {#blank#}8{#/blank#}to spend more time enjoying my time in London and watching the people {#blank#}9{#/blank#}me and really see what was going on.

    However, I knew that as soon as I got my smart phone back I would be one of those{#blank#}10{#/blank#}once again. Perhaps I should just go back to using the basic phone and forget I ever got my smart phone back.
