Can you imagine astronauts' everyday life in space? They also need to eat, 1, exercise and relax. They do the same things as us, but they do 2differently.

    On Earth, we put food on a plate and water in a glass. Gravity（重力）holds the food down and keep the water in the glass.3 there is almost no gravity in space, so food can float（漂浮） away，and astronauts must eat and drink 4.

    Sleeping is very different in space. Some astronauts like to float in the air, but most like to be in a 5bag. They tie（捆绑） the bag to a wall 6they won't float away at night.

    Exercise is very important in space. On Earth, your legs 7 your body, but in space, astronauts float. So they do not use their legs often. This is very 8their legs, they must exercise for thirty minutes every day.

    After a day's work, astronauts relax. They may listen to music, read, watch films, play games, or talk to their friends and families 9 the radio. Sometimes they just enjoy 10in the air.

    "How can I improve my English?" Alot of my students have been asking me about this same question again andagain.1 the answer won't be suitable for everyone, I'mstill going to tell you some of my experience. I hope that you will improveyour English learning skills.

    One thingI can tell you is that, once you start learning, you should try to think inEnglish as

   2as you can. If you seesomething when you're riding your bike or walking down the street, just3"How would I say them inEnglish?" At first, you may think with simple words but later with longersentences. Now I'm in America, and for4thetime, I would think in English and  speak it directly. It's amazing how much this helps.

    WhenI started learning, I was5 afraid of talking with others in Englishbecause I didn't want to make mistakes. Finally, I had a chance to6. And while traveling inAmerica, I'd try to hang out with American friends,7 I'd have no choice but to speak English. Also,I decided if I said anything stupid and other people would look8 me, then so be it. After that, my English startedto9 much more quickly.

    Besides,it may be a good idea to ask your American friends to look at the way you're writing,and give you some10 for improvement.

Anne and Joseph are talking about an interesting question. Why do some people change their names? There can be many reasons. Hanna changed her name to Anne because she thought it would be easier for people to remember. On the other hand , Joseph is thinking about changing his name to an unusual name because he wants to be different. 

People have a lot of reasons for changing their names. Film stars, singers, sportsmen and some famous people often  change their names because they want names that are not ordinary, or that have special sound. They chose the "new names " for themselves instead of the names their parents gave them when they were born. 

Some people have another reason for changing their names. They have moved to a new country and want to use a name that is usual there. For example, Li Kaiming changed his name to Ken Lee when he moved to the United States. He uses the name Ken athis job and at school. But with his family and Chinese friends, he uses Li Kaiming. For some people, using different names makes life easier in their new country. 

In many countries , a woman changes her family name to her husband's after she got married. But today, many women are keeping their own family name and not using their husband's. Sometimes, women use their own names in some situations and their husbands' in other situations. And some use both their own names and their husbands'. 

Breakfast is very important for us. If we want to be 1 , we should have a good breakfast every day. For breakfast, we can eat many kinds of 2 , like eggs, bread, milk and so on. They are really 3 for our health.

Eating breakfast is a good eating habit(习惯), 4 many students don't eat breakfast in the morning. That's because they 5 late or their parents don't cook for them. As students, if we don't have breakfast, we may not 6 very well at school. We may become unhealthy and get ill 7 . So we should have 8 every day.

I think everyone should have 9 healthy eating habits. And then we'll 10 longer and better.

 There are twelve months in a year and my favourite month is June.

 June 1 st is Children's Day. On that day, my mother often buys some beautiful things for me. There are also some interesting activities in June at school. On the 12th, we have a ping-pong game. Ping-pong is my favourite sport. I think it's fun. I like playing it with my friends and watching ping-pong games on TV. On June 21s', we have a school trip. We will go to the West Lake. I think we can have fun there.

 School Day is great, too. We have it on June 26th. On that day, my parents can come to my school, too. My birthday is also in June. I always have a birthday party and invite my friends to my home.
