It was nearly Christmas. Katie got up and found that the world was white  cold.

"Snow!" she shouted. "Snow for Christmas!"

She ran outside and danced in the snow. Her brother Eddie came out too. They made  big round snowball and a small one. They put them together and made a huge snowman.  exciting!

"Hello," the snowman said. "It's Christmas. Would you like  (have) a gift for yourselves?"

"Yes, please!" the two  (child) said happily. The snowman waved his arms, and Eddie was (surprise) to see snowflakes (雪花,雪片)fall from the sky.

"We must give you gifts too!" said Katie. They gave the snowman a carrot for a nose and a hat on his head.

    "Happy Christmas!" they said excitedly.

The snow stopped and the sun shone  (bright). The snowman started to melt(融化)."Goodbye!" the snowman said. "If it (snow) tomorrow, you can build me again. I really want to make friends you."

Katie and Eddie said goodbye to the snowman and (their) hoped to build a snowman the next day.

When I was 5 years old, I went to the USA with my mom. I can still remember the first Halloween holiday I had in the USA.
On Halloween, we paid a visit to a pumpkin farm in the morning. Each of us {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (bring) a pumpkin to school. I used the pumpkin to make a {#blank#}2{#/blank#} which had two triangle (三角的) eyes and a scary {#blank#}3{#/blank#}. In the afternoon, we put on the Halloween costumes and went on parade in school. Some of the costumes were nice, but some of them looked scary. I chose to wear a suit of Superman's clothes.
I did a lot of things on that day, but the part I liked best was "trick or treat" in the evening.
After dinner, I went outside with an empty bag. I {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (hope) to get a lot of candies from people. At first, I was a little{#blank#}5{#/blank#}, so when I knocked at the door, my heart was {#blank#}6{#/blank#} (beat) very fast. A lady came out, and I said {#blank#}7{#/blank#}(careful) to her, "Trick or treat". My voice was very low, and even I myself could hardly hear it. To my{#blank#}8{#/blank#}, the lady was so kind to give me two candy bars. I was so {#blank#}9{#/blank#}, thanked the lady and moved on. I couldn't remember how many houses I visited, but I could remember how many candies I got – I got 91 pieces of candy that day. I was so proud of {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (I).
What a happy Halloween I had! And I wish that we could have a Halloween every month!
