One of my main concerns when I am helping people achieve their goals {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (be) how they measure success . I see individuals getting  {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (frustrate) as they struggle hard for success.

    The main reason is that people allow their definition of success to be determined by someone or something else. We should look at {#blank#}3{#/blank#} own skills to determine what is successful to us. We should look inwards to determine {#blank#}4{#/blank#} it would mean for us to be successful in our own mind.

    Evaluating a successful person needs {#blank#}5{#/blank#} (look) at his pathway to success, his action and his{#blank#}6{#/blank#} (determine). You must set your own course of action, {#blank#}7{#/blank#} stay on your course. You alone must determine what success means to you. Do what you do to the best of your ability and the rest will take care of itself.

    Here is the {#blank#}8{#/blank#} (true). Being a success is doing your best, not being the best. Success is not something you become, but it is something you continue being.

    When we get to that point, we will experience a lot more joy and a lot less depression. And that {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (sound) good to us!

    Some time ago, a light passenger plane flew {#blank#}1{#/blank#} course(航线) and thus crashed in the mountains and the pilot {#blank#}2{#/blank#}(kill). The only passengers, a young woman and her two baby daughters, were unhurt. It was the middle of winter. Snow {#blank#}3{#/blank#}(lie) thick on the ground.     BEIJING·China will establish a new special economic zone in the{#blank#}1{#/blank#}(heavy) polluted province of Hebei to promote integration（一体化）with {#blank#}2{#/blank#}neighboring cities of Beijing and Tianjin, the government has announced.

    The Xiongan New Area will be {#blank#}3{#/blank#}the same national importance as the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, {#blank#}4{#/blank#}helped kick-start China's economic reforms in 1980, the official Xinhua news agency said, citing a circular released by the Chinese Cabinet.

    The new special economic zone{#blank#}5{#/blank#}(locate) around 100km south-west of Beijing, close to the Hebei provincial capital of Shijiazhuang and will house some of Beijing's relocated "non-capital functions". It is currently only 100 square kilometers in area {#blank#}6{#/blank#}will eventually be expanded to 2,000 square kilometers.

    Beijing, home to 22 million people,{#blank#}7{#/blank#}(try)to control population growth and relocate industries and other non-capital functions to Hebei in the{#blank#}8{#/blank#}(come) years as part of its efforts to prevent pollution and crowdedness.

    The removal of non-capital functions from Beijing is part of a greater strategy to integrate the development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei for a better economic structure, {#blank#}9{#/blank#}(clean) environment and improved public{#blank#}10{#/blank#} (serve).

How Steven Spielberg Stays Inspired

    Ask a young person who the greatest American film director is, and you may get the answer Steven Spielberg, {#blank#}1{#/blank#} has certainly made more successful films than any other director in the West.

    Spielberg was born in America in 1946. What he impressed others most was {#blank#}2{#/blank#} he had unusual abilities when he was very young: completing his first 15-minute home movie at 13. He earned $100 at the age of 16, {#blank#}3{#/blank#} he made a 135-minute home movie called Firelight and it was shown at a local cinema.

    A Hollywood film studio employed Spielberg to make a full-length film Sugarland Express on discovering his talent for movie-making. His next film was Jaws, a film about a shark that ate people. This was one of {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (successful) films of all times. He received the Award for lifetime achievement at the Golden Globes (金球奖) in 2009.

    Despite all his outstanding achievements in his field, some of his films have been less successful in the last fifteen years. But people can never deny the fact {#blank#}5{#/blank#} he, more than anyone else in the history of films, understands the meaning of the word "entertainment".

    Now, Spielberg's role as a father of seven has taught him a great deal about {#blank#}6{#/blank#} makes a good story—at bedtime and otherwise. When his kids were growing up, he'd tell them stories every night {#blank#}7{#/blank#} he could stay active in film-making.

Another reason why ifs so popular is that it costs nothing. It's also very convenient for people to immediately update {#blank#}6{#/blank#} they are doing by WeChat.

    However, addiction to WeChat will rob people of the time that should otherwise {#blank#}7{#/blank#} (spend) on something more important. And the many so-called friends on it are not really friends at all, who simply want {#blank#}8{#/blank#} (put) ads or sell items on Moments. Besides, people on the Wechat are more likely to compare {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (they) with others, which will make them feel bad when finding some people seem to be {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (success).
