A young American man got on a British train in a hurry. There were no seats for him, but there was a seat with a small dog sitting on it. Its {#blank#}1{#/blank#}(主人) was a middle-aged lady with a large hat. He said to her {#blank#}2{#/blank#}(礼貌地) , "Excuse me, madam, may I sit down?"
