We may have many {#blank#}1{#/blank#}  kinds of hobbies during our lifetime. When we are very young， it takes us most of our time {#blank#}2{#/blank#}  with toys. When we get older， we start to find our 　{#blank#}3{#/blank#}  hobbies. Some kids go out for a sport like football or skating. These new interests can last(持续) a long time and most children put a lot of energy into them. Some other children might be{#blank#}4{#/blank#}  in less active activities like reading， painting， or stamp collecting，{#blank#}5{#/blank#} some others might enjoy playing an instrument like the piano or the violin.

As we get older， our hobbies might change. Some people collecting stamps as a child might still

But other people might change their interests every year depending on fashion.Some people are so lucky that they have found work that is similar 　{#blank#}7{#/blank#}  their hobbies， like the kid{#blank#}8{#/blank#}  loves music becomes a singer.

Some of the most popular hobbies include watching TV， reading books， and playing a {#blank#}9{#/blank#}  instrument. Many people like to do sports. Lots of people like traveling as a hobby. The main purpose of a hobby is to relax. A hobby is something we should do only for{#blank#}10{#/blank#} .

A Bite of China (舌尖上的中国)

    There are many TV programs on Chinese cuisines (烹饪，美食), but few are {#blank#}1{#/blank#} "A Bite of China". It tries to bring something new by introducing Chinese food, such as {#blank#}2{#/blank#} habits and stories about food.

    It's said that more than 100 million Chinese people are {#blank#}3{#/blank#} the program. Most Chinese people like this program better than any other food program. They think it is an excellent program and it {#blank#}4{#/blank#} us a special view between people and food. This program helps the world learn more about Chinese {#blank#}5{#/blank#} and culture. It also shows the beauty of Chinese cuisines.

    Trees are useful to man in three very important ways. The first important way is that they provide man {#blank#}1{#/blank#} food, wood and other products(产品). Trees provide man and animals with food to live {#blank#}2{#/blank#} the earth. It's not easy {#blank#}3{#/blank#} man to live on the earth without trees.

    The {#blank#}4{#/blank#} important way is that trees give us shade(树荫). On a hot summer day, people can have {#blank#}5{#/blank#}rest under the shade of a tree after they have walked a long way. You can imagine（想象） {#blank#}6{#/blank#} important the shade of a tree is to man and animals.

    The third important {#blank#}7{#/blank#} is that trees help to prevent droughts（干旱）and floods. However, in many parts of the world, man has {#blank#}8{#/blank#} realized the third important way. He has cut {#blank#}9{#/blank#}trees in large numbers.{#blank#}10{#/blank#} the end, he finds that he has lost his best friends.

    How Do Kids Spend the Weekend?

    Last week, we{#blank#}1{#/blank#} the students at Dazhu Middle School what they {#blank#}2{#/blank#} over the weekend. For most kids, the weekend {#blank#}3{#/blank#}fun. Ten kids did homework or {#blank#}4{#/blank#} .On Saturday morning, five kids{#blank#}5{#/blank#}shopping, and three went to the library. Two kids also{#blank#}6{#/blank#} computer games. On Saturday afternoon seven kids{#blank#}7{#/blank#} a movie or{#blank#}8{#/blank#} at home and watched TV. On Sunday, two kids{#blank#}9{#/blank#} friends or relatives. Nine kids{#blank#}10{#/blank#}their rooms, and five played sports.

    Many people in the USA love sports. Some people like playing sports and some people like w{#blank#}1{#/blank#} sports.

    At school, students play many different sports. Such as(例如)f{#blank#}2{#/blank#} , basketball and volleyball. In summer, students go swimming and play basketball.

    Mike e{#blank#}3{#/blank#} playing volleyball but he doesn't like swimming.

    Andy and Simon love playing football but t{#blank#}4{#/blank#} don't like swimming. They are members of the school Football C{#blank#}5{#/blank#}.

    Millie and Sandy like playing table tennis. They are g {#blank#}6{#/blank#} players and win(赢得)many table tennis m{#blank#}7{#/blank#}, but they don't like volleyball.

    Mille's b{#blank#}8{#/blank#} friend, Lily, is a good badminton player. She thinks badminton is an easy game. She w{#blank#}9{#/blank#} to teach her friends to play badminton in h{#blank#}10{#/blank#} free time.

    I work in a school library. There are many kinds of {#blank#}1{#/blank#} in it. They are about English, science, history, music and so on. You can do some {#blank#}2{#/blank#}or borrow books from it. But there are some {#blank#}3{#/blank#}. You must obey (遵守) them.

    When you are reading in the library, you have to be {#blank#}4{#/blank#}. Don't talk loudly or make any noise (喧哗). You can't listen to music, {#blank#}5{#/blank#}. You can't {#blank#}6{#/blank#}your bags or wet umbrellas into the library. {#blank#}7{#/blank#} eat in the library. You can {#blank#}8{#/blank#} books from the library, {#blank#}9{#/blank#} you can't lend them to others. You have to take good care of them and return them on {#blank#}10{#/blank#}. If the library books are lost, you have to pay for them.
