CCTV New Year's Gala(春晚) is a Chinese New Year special produced by China Central Television. The program begins at 8:00 PM and {#blank#}1{#/blank#} until about 1:00 AM on the first day of the New Year.
The program has received extremely {#blank#}2{#/blank#} audiences(观众), which have grown greatly  {#blank#}3{#/blank#} the years. As the Chinese New Year's Eve is a time when the{#blank#}4{#/blank#} members get together, the Gala adds a pleasant mood to the house {#blank#}5{#/blank#} people sis in front of their TV set laughing, discussing and enjoying the {#blank#}6{#/blank#} . It has become a {#blank#}7{#/blank#} in China to watch the New Year's Gala. Around 1:00 in the early morning, the program {#blank#}8{#/blank#} with the song Can't Forget Tonight.
To bring audiences even {#blank#}9{#/blank#} to the yearly show, the Gala organizers have tired many ways to make the program more attractive. It is {#blank#}10{#/blank#} that there will be no advertisements this year so that audiences can be satisfied with a natural and smooth Gala.

China is a big country. The weather in the north is quite different from {#blank#}1{#/blank#} in the south. My hometown is Changchun. It's a beautiful city in the {#blank#}2{#/blank#} of China. Now many people in the south and even some {#blank#}9{#/blank#} come to the north of China to see the {#blank#}10{#/blank#} in the winter.

    Only Mother Love is true love. It gives everybody everything all his life.

When you are old enough to go to school, mother still looks after you all the time. On cold winter days, she always tells you to put on {#blank#}5{#/blank#}clothes. She always stands in the wind

She usually knows about your study and {#blank#}8{#/blank#}much money on your school things. When you do well at school, the brightest smile will be {#blank#}9{#/blank#}on her face.

    Mother is always ready to give everything she{#blank#}10{#/blank#}to her children, not to receive. What true love that is in the world! We will remember Mother Love for ever.

    One sunny afternoon, a young deer and an old deer were {#blank#}1{#/blank#} under a tree in the forest. Suddenly, in the distance, they {#blank#}2{#/blank#} some sounds of dogs' barking.

    The old deer stood up quickly. He felt nervous and {#blank#}3{#/blank#}. He said to the young deer, "Be quick! It's time to find a place to hide in. The barking dogs are fierce(凶猛的) and they will {#blank#}4{#/blank#} us."

    The young deer laughed and said, "Why should we hide from the dogs? We are bigger and

    {#blank#}5{#/blank#}than them. We can toss(扔)them aside with our big antlers(角). We should fight with them bravely. "

    The old deer admired the {#blank#}6{#/blank#}of the young deer, but he did not believe the young. "We'd better run away now." said the old deer.

    The young deer refused to run away. He decided to fight {#blank#}7{#/blank#} the dogs. As the dogs ran to {#blank#}8{#/blank#}, he put down his antlers and wanted to toss them aside. But he didn't win the {#blank#}9{#/blank#} because there were too many dogs. He was killed by the dogs in the end.

    The young deer lost his life because he didn't know his strength and weakness. We can learn a lesson from the story. Don't be like the {#blank#}10{#/blank#} young deer when we are in danger. We should know our strength and weakness.
