I'm Xinxin. I have four new friends. Nannan lives in Shenzhen. Shenzhen is a nice city. But it was a small village then. Tingting lives in Beijing. Beiing is a big city in China. It's the capital of China. Dawei lives in London. Is it a big city? Yes, it is. Lili lives in Shanghai. Shanghai is also a big city. It's in the east of China. Where do I live? I live in New York.

    I'm Chen Hua. It was Sunday yesterday. Mary and Kate came to my home. My mother cooked Chinese food for them. Mary likes dumplings very much. She ate twenty dumplings for lunch. But Kate doesn't like dumplings. She ate a bowl(碗) of noodles. Then we drank Chinese tea. They were very happy. They said they wanted to visit China this summer.

    There're five members in my family—my parents , my grandparents, and me . My mother is a teacher. She teaches Chinese in our school. She likes music. My father is a teacher, too. He teaches art in the Guang Ming primary school. He likes going hiking. My grandmother is a worker. She likes reading books. My grandfather is a scientist. He likes playing chess. I am Betty.     Dogs are really strong animals. They can live for several days in the snow and be all right."

    Mrs Green is happy to hear the words. She says, "My dog is very clever. She almost can talk." "Well," the policeman says, "why don't you put your telephone down? Perhaps she is trying to telephone you now."

    How are you? Every day I had fun with my cousins. On Monday we went to a restaurant. We ate good food. On Tuesday we went to a park. We sang and danced. On Wednesday we played ping-pong. On Thursday we climbed a mountain. We took many pictures. Tomorrow I'll be back home!
