                  Being responsible is actually not that difficult. I used tothink it is hard to grow up into a responsible member of our society. Anincident happening in a rainy Sunday afternoon changed my attitude.     It's my honor to give a speech here. After-class activities play a important part in our school life. Proper activities help enrich our lives, broaden our horizons or develop our personalities.

    Mine own experience can serve as a case in point. When I was in Senior One, I become a member of our drama club, that I used to visit on weekends. Since my participation in various activities organizing by the club, I achieved a lot.

    Last Friday, I was playing in the park while I saw a wallet on a bench. Clearly, someone has left it there by accident. I picked up and saw what was in it. I found out some money and a card with a phone number. Believing that the owner would be worrying, I immediately dialed the number. A man answered it in a anxious voice. Heard I had his wallet, he said he would come over right away. Ten minutes later, the man arrived. After making sure he was the owner, I handed the wallet back for him. With his thumbs up, he expressed his thank to me repeatedly. I felt happily that I was able to help.

    I love camping. It's my favorite way to spent the summer vacation. Last year, my family and me went camping in the countryside. It was one of the most excited experiences I had never had. We slept in a tent and went for a long walk every day. We cooked over a fire and the food always tasted wonderfully. For a whole week, I appreciated lovely mountain views or breathed fresh air. At the night, I heard the gentle wind blowing in the tree, and I felt so peaceful. It doesn't cost many to camp. I believe it's the best way to get close nature and enjoy its beauty.

    I will never forget my teacher Miss Lee, who is my English teacher when I was in high school. Miss Lee was younger, pretty and kind-hearted. That is hard for me to describe how she was like. However, she really had her own personalities. She let us elect our monitor and decided where to go for an outing. Besides, she liked to have us solving problems by our own. And we made a great progress quickly in our studies. It wasn't long since most of us behaved properly because we found her a good friend who we could depend.

    During the National holiday, I tried a new way to explore the Forbidden City, where left me deep impression. To avoid waste time buying a ticket on the spot, I made a reservation online. I got my ticket from a machine without difficulty and start the exploration. I was deep attracted by the grand architecture. To my excited, I could scan the QR codes to get detailed informations. With the VR glasses on, I even found me back to the time when the palace was under construction. How impressive! I found the Forbidden City both traditional or modem because of our history is made alive here.
