Jay Zhou is a student from Number 2 Middle School, who has many hobbies. He likes reading very much. In order to read more English novels, he has taken {#blank#}1{#/blank#} in different reading activities. The novels he has read add {#blank#}2{#/blank#} to at least 30. Many of the novels he has read {#blank#}3{#/blank#} (base) on real people and events. Through reading, he can not only improve his knowledge of English, but also feel life is so happy.     Chuck Wall teaches management and human relations at Bakersfield College. He walked into class one day and told his students that their homework was to perform a simple and random act of kindness. Not {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (understand) the homework, the students didn't know what to do. Chuck didn't answer their questions{#blank#}2{#/blank#} he encouraged his students to work it out by themselves.

Random Acts of Kindness Week, around November 13^th{#blank#}7{#/blank#}(celebrate) World Kindness Day. Some schools use each day of Random Acts of Kindness Week to perform a {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(differ) kind act, such {#blank#}9{#/blank#}making a new friend, helping someone, doing community service or raising money for a charity. In this way, students learn to consider other people and think about how small actions can make the world a{#blank#}10{#/blank#} (good) place.

    If you go out to the fields at night in spring or summer, you can hear frogs singing {#blank#}1{#/blank#}（joy） here and there. It seems as if they were performing a field symphony.

    The frog is a good and useful creature that benefits human beings. They can catch fast-moving insects. Each frog eats a large number of pests that are harmful{#blank#}2{#/blank#}crops. This little creature is regarded{#blank#}3{#/blank#}the natural enemy of pests".

    {#blank#}4{#/blank#}now frogs are getting fewer and fewer. This is because they are killed and put on the table as a delicious dish by their chief enemy, human beings. It is {#blank#}5{#/blank#}shameless and cruel act, isn't it?{#blank#}6{#/blank#}cause responsible for the rapid reduction of frogs is that farmers use insecticides （杀虫剂）to kill pests and frogs get killed as a result of drinking poisoned water{#blank#}7{#/blank#}eating poison-killed insects.

    Something must be done without delay{#blank#}8{#/blank#}（save）frogs. If we don't punish those{#blank#}9{#/blank#}sell and kill frogs to make money, then one day all of us {#blank#}10{#/blank#}（punish） by nature for failing to keep the balance of nature.
