Everybody gets stressed from time to time. Different people feel stressed in different ways. Some ways of dealing with stress-like screaming or hitting someone-don't solve much. But other ways, like talking to someone you trust, or even a beloved pet, can lead you to solving your problem or at least feeling better.
Try taking these four steps the next time you are stressed:
Get support. When you need help, talk to a trusted person, such as a parent or a friend. They might have had similar problems, such as dealing with a test, or the death of a lovely pet.
Don't take it out on yourself(拿自己出气). Remember that there are always people to help you. Don't take it out on yourself. Ask for a helping hand to get you through the tough(倒霉的)situation.
Try to solve the problem. After you're calm and you have support from adults and friends, it's time to get down to business. You need to figure out what the problem is. Even if you can't solve it all, you can solve a piece of it.
Be positive. Most stress is temporary(暂时的). If you can stay positive as you make your way through a tough time, you'll help yourself feel better even faster.
These steps aren't magic, but they do work. Ah, it feels so good when the stress is gone.

How to keep on your exercise plan during winter? Here I'll give you some suggestions.
To stay active during the winter, you should first make it as easy as possible to do your exercise. Second, make something different before you {#blank#}1{#/blank#}doing exercise. The following advice will give you some ideas for making winter exercise more comfortable and more enjoyable.
Put your sports clothes in the dryer. If you want to exercise outside, you might keep the clothes in the dryer for a few minutes before that. It's often harder to {#blank#}2{#/blank#}when it's cold outside. {#blank#}3{#/blank#}clothes fresh from the dryer is just one way to get your body warm.
Take a hot shower. If it's really cold outside, you might even try a quick shower to get yourself warm before you do exercise.
Walk indoors. Walking is a good way to {#blank#}4{#/blank#}. To get out of cold weather of winter, you can simply walk indoors, probably in the living area of your room. Walking indoors makes you {#blank#}5{#/blank#}and gives a warm temperature to do it.
