I'm going to the sun for my holiday. I will go there by spaceship.

    I will take a big blue spaceship. Then I'll take the spaceship to the sun. The sun is very hot. So I put on the super shirt. In the morning, I will have some sun burgers fo r my breakfast. At eight o'clock, I will play with my friends there. They are a super dog and a super girl. The super dog is white and black. The super girl is very clever. The super girl and the super dog like to play with me. So I play with them for an hour and a half. Then I will do my homework on a small blue table. After finishing my homework, I will have my lunch. I will eat sun salad. I will have red juice, red fish and red rice. All things are red. Then I need a lot of water because the sun is too hot. Then I will walk to the spaceship. After that I will take the spaceship to the earth.

   This is a good holiday on the sun.

    Long time ago, there were two friends working for the King（国王）. One boy wanted to give his sick（生病的） younger sister something to make her happy.

    One day, he walked with his friend in the garden, and he saw the beautiful flowers. He took one to his sister, thinking that no one would see him do so. He did the same thing the next day, and the next, and the next……. One day, the King noticed few flowers were left. He was so angry（生气的） that he called everyone to get together.

When they were all before the King, the boy thought he should tell King that he took the flowers. But his friend told him to be quiet, because the King would be very angry with him. The boy was very afraid, but when the King came near, he decided to tell the King what he did.

    When the King knew why the boy picked the flowers, he smiled （微笑） and said, "I couldn't think of a better use for my flowers." From that day, the boy and the King took two of those beautiful flowers every day, one for the boy's sister, and the other for the Queen（女王）.

    When was the last time you saw three men running down a forest trail（小径）in the rain wearing flip-flops（拖鞋）？That's what my friend Brandon, Josh and I were doing last autumn. We were looking for a waterfall（瀑布）.We didn't have much time to get to the waterfall and back, so we were running. We were wearing flip-flops to prevent our shoes getting dirty.

    It was raining, but lightly. It kept us cool as we climbed over giant stones and through a shallow（浅的）stream. We followed red arrows（箭头）and crossed that stream several times, walking on toward the promised waterfall. Time was not on our side, however, and we were forced to turn around. As we started back, we looked at the shallow stream we had just crossed. Where did this rushing river come from? That was when we realized a flash flood was around!

    In the few minutes the water rose at a fast speed. Now there were no big stones to be seen-only what looked like lumps（隆起）covered with rushing water. We had no choice but to move our way back carefully in the rushing water -in flip-flops. We had crossed the stream not once or twice, but six times in search of a waterfall that we never even reached!

    With most of the crossings, we needed each other's help if we didn't want to be washed away by water. Wet all over, we felt relaxed after we made the last crossing.

    "My dad always told me to keep off a river when travelling in the rain." Josh said as we hurried back down the path.

    "Why didn't you tell us that earlier?" I laughed.

    "Would it have made a difference?" came the reply.

    He had a point.

    One afternoon, four black youths walked into a restaurant that served “whites” only. They sat down and ordered bread and milk. The white waiter just said “We don't serve blacks”. The young men did not move. They were tired to death of segregation（种族分离） and of being kicked around. The manager was called. When he saw the angry look in their eyes, he said that he was sorry, but it was not possible to serve them.

    The next day, more young black people came, and even more came the day after to the restaurant. Then a gang of white youths came in and attacked them. Most of the blacks were beaten up and were black and blue all over. After that the police rushed in, the several people were put in prison—all of them were black, although they had not done anything wrong—just because they were black.

    The news spread quickly through the black living areas in the city. A large crowd held a meeting round the restaurant the following day, forcing(迫使) the restaurant to shut. Young men, black and white, made speeches protesting against segregation and pointing out that black people only wanted to live a life in the same way that whites did. They gave out leaflets and soon the movement spread to other cities. Business became so bad at that particular restaurant that the owners were forced to give and served blacks.

    Nowadays, all the blacks are served in all restaurants open to the public in America.

    Long long ago, there was a spider. She found a beautiful farm. She liked the farm and decided to live there forever.

    One day, the spider caught a little bug. When the spider ate it，the bug said, "If you let me go, I will tell you an important thing. The thing will save your life." The spider stopped and listened.

    The little bug said," You'd better get out of the farm. The harvest is coming! If you stay here, you will be killed by the farmer's machine."

    But the spider didn't listen to the bug and ate it for lunch. The next day when she was sleeping, the farmer came to have a harvest. The spider was killed by the machine.
