My name is Jim. My favorite day is October 18th, because it's my birthday. I am very happy on that day. I eat eggs for breakfast. Then my friends come to my home and play with me. We sing and dance. Someone plays the piano and someone plays the guitar. Lunch is very nice. After lunch, my parents take me to see a movie. My favorite movies are comedies and action movies. After supper, my parents, my sister and I watch TV. Then I go to bed at ten thirty. I don't do my homework on that day. I am very tired but happy on my birthday。

    I'm Lucy. I have a happy family. There are four people in my family. My birthday is on January 1st. It's New Year's Day, too. My family and I will have a big dinner on that day. I have a little brother. He is four years old. His birthday is in winter. It's very cold but we can make a snowman. My mother's birthday is in March. My father's birthday is in March，too. We can plant trees and fly kites.

    I'm Kate. My mother and I want to buy some things. So we go to the supermarket by car. In the supermarket, we can see many food and school things (学习用品). We buy eggs, sugar, milk and butter for my mother. And also, we buy paints, paper, glue and socks for school. But I think socks are not for school.

    On the way home, we stop the car. Because the traffic light is red. “Look! It's green now! Let's go!” Then we get home.

    Thanks for the new dress. I love it very much. It's hot in Sydney. I wear the dress to school. I want to buy (买) a pair of sunglasses, they're $85. They are too expensive. The food here is cheap. There is a farm next to my home. This is the vegetable garden. There are tomatoes and potatoes over there. There are animals, too. These are cows. They're so big. Mr Liu has twenty horses and ten hens on the farm, too. I like the farm!
