    They say in a single-sex school teachers can tailor lessons to boys' learning style,{#blank#}5{#/blank#}they can also encourage boys to enjoy reading and writing with "boy-focused"{#blank#}6{#/blank#}(approach) that appeal to them.For example,they are more active and can learn best through touch,so letting them move around{#blank#}7{#/blank#}classroom and getting them{#blank#}8{#/blank#}(compete) in teams can prevent boredom.“What's more,boys in a single-sex school won't feel forced to act{#blank#}9{#/blank#}men before they understand{#blank#}10{#/blank#}(them) well enough to know what that means.”the study reported.

    “Be careful, doctor. I can stand anything {#blank#}1{#/blank#} pain.” When returning from the hospital, I thought about what my previous patient said. Aren't we all like that? We'll do anything{#blank#}2{#/blank#} (avoid) pain.

    We look for weight loss programmes {#blank#}3{#/blank#}don't require us to count calories or give up our favorite foods, and exercise programmes that won't make us sweat toe much or feel {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (tire). We avoid the strict teachers and the tough classes in school {#blank#}5{#/blank#}we don't want to deal with the difficult tasks.

    When it comes right down to it, we don't like the hard work {#blank#}6{#/blank#} (require) to accomplish the goals we truly want in our lives. Why can't we {#blank#}7{#/blank#}(nature) take the path that we know is best for us? Our earthly nature is to avoid the pain of diet, exercise, difficult classes, and hard work.

    Only if we change our nature, can we choose the tough, troublesome, and trying pathway. Because it is in {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(face) the difficult choices that we will truly grow, and our being will be advanced once we decide to face the tough tasks.

    We {#blank#}9{#/blank#}(give) a choice when we comes across cur earthly nature. We can overcome the problems that challenge us or we can enjoy {#blank#}10{#/blank#}(we) by avoiding all difficulties in following our earthly nature. It's our choice. My hope is that we'll step forward in faith.

    Today, Mount Qomolangma's peak is not a lonely place any more. Over 3500 people have{#blank#}1{#/blank#} (successful) climbed the mountain over the past years. Meanwhile, climbers have complained about{#blank#}2{#/blank#}(wait) for hours in the bottlenecks.

    In fact, the dangerous{#blank#}3{#/blank#}(crowd) aren't the only problem. All those climbers need {#blank#}4{#/blank#}(bring) a lot of gear (装置) and much of them ends up being left on the mountains becoming the world's{#blank#}5{#/blank#} (tall) rubbish dump.

    But the good news is{#blank#}6{#/blank#} some mountaineers are overtaking it to clean up Qomolangma. Mountaineers Paul and Eberhard are part of Eco Everest Expedition which has been cleaning up rubbish since 2008.So far they{#blank#}7{#/blank#}(collect)over 13 tons of garbage.

    Some of that rubbish is even being used for{#blank#}8{#/blank#} higher purpose. As part of the Mount Everest 8844 Art Project, a group of 15 artists Nepal collected 1.5 tons of garbage. They've changed the cans and oxygen tanks into74 piece of art that have are exhibited{#blank#}9{#/blank#}Nepal's capital. Part of the profit from sales{#blank#}10{#/blank#} (be) available for the Everest Pakeers Association which has helped ole rubbish of the mountain.
