根据信息,选择最佳选项。

Time management is the greatest challenge for me in high school. I have to take good care of my subjects, activities, social life and rest. I was often angry with my family member just because I didn't plan my time well. For example, I might shout at them for troubling me when 1 was working. And sometimes I might say something bad to them when I missed deadlines(截止时间), even if it was actually my fault(错误) to put everything together at the last minute.

As time goes by, I realize that time management is very important in our everyday life. The best advice to deal with time management is "break it into bits". It's really important for you to learn how to break a big project into small, manageable tasks. Then you can work progressively(循序渐进地) and have a sense of achievement whenever you've done with a small part.

Another piece of advice is to plan a timetable for yourself. It doesn't have to be the one that you follow completely. It's just there to serve as a guide. You can compare your actual timetable with the planned one to see how well you actually use your time. The final suggestion is to always set deadlines for yourself.

A、The writer was weak in subjects. B、The writer didn't plan the time well. C、The writer had no chance to plan activities. D、The writer's social life was boring.
(2)、For the writer, what's the best advice to manage time?
A、To miss deadlines. B、To do everything at the last minute. C、To break a big project into bits. D、To follow the timetable completely.

A、The writer studies in a university. B、It's impossible to break a big project into small tasks. C、The writer always knows how to manage time well. D、A timetable can serve you as a guide.
(4)、How many pieces of advice does the writer give?

①China published the world's first highly clear lunar geologic (地质的) atlas (地图集) on April 21. According to the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), it will provide up-to-date information for future lunar research and exploration.

②"These maps will help choose locations for future lunar research stations," Ouyang Ziyuan, a well-known lunar scientist, said. "They can also help us better know about the Earth and other planets in the solar system, like Mars."

③The world has seen great progress in the field of lunar science over the past half a century. However, the lunar geologic atlas that was developed during the Apollo Program remained unchanged. "As lunar geologic studies develop, those old maps can no longer satisfy future needs," said Liu Jianzhong, a CAS researcher.

④Since 2012, Ouyang and Liu have led a team of scientists from several research centers in compiling (编制) this atlas. Their work was mainly built on information gained from China's Chang'e Program. Information from other research projects and international tasks was also used.

⑤The new geologic atlas, which is published in both Chinese and English, presents a scale (比例尺) of 1: 2.5 million. Compared with the 1:5 million scale lunar maps from the US in 2020, these larger scale maps show more details. As well as the geologic history of the moon, they provide information on its 14 types of structures (结构) and 17 types of rocks. A total of 12,341 impact craters (撞击坑) and 81 impact basins have also been marked.

This atlas is set to serve many useful purposes, such as lunar resources research and science education. Liu said the upcoming Chang'e-6 task would also use the atlas. "Our maps can help the research by providing scientific support," he explained.

⑦"Compiling the atlas was a huge task, which included years of effort from a large number of researchers," said Gregory Michael, a German scientist. "It will be a starting point for every new question of lunar geology."

Tea is one of the most popular drinks in the world. It is not only good for our {#blank#}1{#/blank#}(健康), but also a key part of many cultures. Different people have different ideas about tea.

In Chengdu, there are as many {#blank#}2{#/blank#}(茶馆) as leaves in a cup of tea! Feng Tao's grandpa used to take him there. There, Grandpa and his friends drank tea and shared their {#blank#}3{#/blank#}(消息). Now Feng Tao is studying abroad. Most of his classmates prefer {#blank#}4{#/blank#}(咖啡), but he always chooses green tea. It's more than a drink for him. A cup of warm tea always makes him feel like he is back home.

Emma Jones, a foreigner, says that it's no {#blank#}5{#/blank#}(秘密) that British love afternoon tea. But actually, they drink tea all day. Her {#blank#}6{#/blank#}(丈夫) can drink eight cups a day! When her kids were young, she always made milk tea for them after school. Now they're {#blank#}7{#/blank#}(成年人), but they only come back at weekends or during the festivals. They {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(闲聊) and relax in the yard with black tea. With some {#blank#}9{#/blank#}(饼干), they think the taste will be nicer. They also think it's their way of {#blank#}10{#/blank#}(连接).

Many people will feel relaxed after tasting tea. It's well worth trying!

①It is widely known that China has the best high-speed railway network (网络) in the world. Now, the country is breaking its own speed(速度) record with CR450.

②CR450 can travel at 400 kilometers per hour on average, with a top speed hitting 453km/h. Before this, the fastest high-speed train operating in a rail network in the world is China's CR400, which runs at 350 km/h on average. Once put into use, for example, the CR450 will shorten the travel time from Beijing to Shanghai to just about two and a half hours, which takes at least four and a half hours at the moment.

③"The key is not to make the train run fast but to have it brake (刹车) accurately (精准地) and steadily (平稳地), " Zhao Hongwei of the China Academy of Railway Sciences told CCTV News. The standard is that the CR450 should have the same brake distance as the CR400, which is 6, 500 meters, even though it travels a lot faster. It can also start braking more quickly, taking just 1. 7 seconds compared to the 2. 3 seconds needed for the CR400.

④The engineers did lots of tests with the brakes to make the system better. In the tests, the brake disc (制动盘) got really hot, reaching temperatures of up to 700℃. Its color changed from black to red. The changes were then recorded. All the data were saved in a smart system to make a digital model of the brake system for calculations (计算).

⑤Besides having a better braking system, the CR450 has the same noise level as the CR400. Moreover, it is 12 percent lighter and 20 percent less energy-consuming (耗能的), according to CCTV News. With all its advantages, people are getting excited about the train's debut (首次亮相), which is planned to be within this year.
