    Nowadays fewer students take exercise due to various reason and some students fall ill every now and then because of they are not healthy or strong enough. However, we should take exercise regularly to improve our health.

    In the summer holiday following my eighteen birthday, I took driving lessons. I still remember how hard first day was. Before getting into the car, I thought I had learned the instructor's orders, so once I started the car, my mind goes blank. I forgot what he had said to me altogether. The instructor kept repeating the word, "Speed up!" "Slow down!" "Turning left!" I was so much nervous that I could hardly tell which direction was left.     This afternoon, our class had a discussion about being polite. Politeness, means communicating or taking actions with love, can make life beautifully. We should be polite not only to the people but also to things. I love reading book and a few days ago I read that love things or they will love us back. That's because we shouldn't destroy public things. It is no doubt that being polite is a good virtue and good deed as well. Unless you want to be polite, first being polite to yourself, and then to everybody and everything in every situation. When you give love to people and things, you will get back love with sure.

    Last weekend, I, along with some friend, went to climb Mount Tai. Because it was summer, we choose to climb it at night. At the foot of the mountain, we each bought a walk stick. There were many people along the way and we could see the route even without a flashlight. At first, we were exciting and talked to each other. When we had covered half of journey, we felt very tired and sleepless. But seeing the sky becoming brighter and brighter, we told us that we should carry on and hurry up; otherwise we wouldn't be able to appreciate at the sunrise. We were very tired that we got to the top of the mountain, and the beautiful sunrise made it all worthwhile.
