Nowadays, this is common to hear about a young person getting this or that kind of serious disease. A couple of day ago, a friend in her 20s asked me that whether I was familiar with some health products. She tells me that she got tired easily and seemed to be in state of sub-health. At the age of twenty, one should feel filled with strong and energy. And some people at that age have started to worry about their health. Since we now have more access to information about keeping healthy, we should start to act responsible and pay special attention to improve our health.

  During the weekend I traveled by the air for the first time in my life. I usual travel by train or bus. It‘s both cheaper and safe. But to fly in the sky was something new to me. One Sunday morning we go fishing at a lake. I saw a traffic accident on my way home on last night. A car hit a motorbike. The motorbike driver was bad hurt and sent to hospital. After a while, the traffic police came. Under the help of the people who witnessed the accident, the police found out a truth. The driver of the car was drinking and his car went out of control. At last he was taken to the police station. All the people there think the car driver was to blame for this accident.
Which is reported in the news reports, drunk driving causes many people lose their lives, such as the accident that happened in Hangzhou and Chengdu. It is high time that we prevent drunk driving.

I'm glad to hear of you. As for living at home and living in your school dormitory, I think you'd better to choose the latter. First of all, living in a dormitory will develop your ability of living independently and solve problems by yourself. Secondly, if you live there, you will find easier to share feelings with your friends; in all, you are of the same age and have common feelings towards many thing. Most important, living with your friends will improve your team spirit, that will be beneficial to your future career.

It was March 8th, Women's Day. I decided to do something for my mom and give her a surprise.

Immediately after school, I went to the supermarket, when I bought plenty of vegetables, fish and meat. As soon as I arrived home, I started to prepare the dinner for Mom. It was the first time that I had cooked something on my own. Not knowing the exactly process to cook. I read some recipes first. Keep what I had learned in mind, I got down with cooking. Almost an hour later, three simple but delicious dishes were ready on the table.

Since Mom couldn't get home until thirty minutes later, I started to do some cleaning. It was not difficult for me. Mopping thoroughly , the floor was quite clean.

No sooner had everything been ready Mom came back. I couldn't wait to show what I had been done for her. A big smile with both surprise and satisfy spread on Mom's face when she found the hearty（丰盛的）dinner and the tidy room. At that moment, pride rose from a bottom of my heart. Although she fell a little tired, everything was worthwhile.

From the story of Anne Frank, I think that a best friend is someone to who we can tell everything, even our most person feelings and thoughts. Anne treated her diary as her the best friend. The German Nazis were in search of Anne and her family and they have to hide away from the chase. They didn't dare go out even in the evenings. They had to stay indoors day or night. Anne missed the beauty of nature too much that she stayed up until eleven thirty one evening just to see the moonlight. She said, “This is the first time I had seen the moonlight since I was here.” Unfortunately, the family was discovered at last and take away.
