Bioplastic(生物塑料) is a kind of plastic, but it is not the same as normal plastic. Normal plastic is made from chemical materials and takes a very long time to degrade(降解). But bioplastic is good for the environment. It is made by using bacteria(细菌) to process(加工) natural sources like vegetable oils, corn or sugar. It can degrade more easily.

But there is a problem with bioplastic. The "food" that bacteria eat is what we eat. This means that bacteria are competing against humans for the same resources.

Now scientists have found a new way to make bioplastic——using two kinds of bacteria and sunlight, according to Newsweek.

One of the bacteria can use sunlight to produce sugar. The other kind lives in the salty waters of Bolivia. It eats the sugar that the first bacteria produce and then it can produce polymers(聚合物). Polymers are used to create bioplastics. The way the bacteria store polymers is similar as humans store fats.

The new way to produce bioplastic has many advantages. It is 20 times faster than the normal way we produce bioplastic. Moreover, using these two bacteria saves resources.

Firstly, producing a lot of bioplastic requires corn and sugar, which are used to feed normal bacteria. And growing corn and sugar needs farmland. But these two bacteria can just use sunlight. The land that is saved can be used to grow food for humans. Besides, this system doesn't need rich land or clean water at all, scientists said to Newsweek.

The next problem scientists face is that they want to put their lab research into real-world practice. By doing this, bioplastic made with these two bacteria can be widely produced in the future.

A、it is 20 times faster than the normal way B、it only needs two kinds of bacteria and sunlight C、it doesn't need rich land or clean water at all D、it has already been widely and easily used
(5)、The passage mainly tells us        .

Around the world, there are about 7,000 National Parks. Most of them cover huge areas of land where nobody lives. However, the National Parks in England include places where people live and work, as well as wild areas where there are few human activities.

The National Parks in England are called “England's Breathing Spaces” because they are places where people can go to be in the open air, away from the dirt and noise of cities. They provide wonderful scenes of mountains, woods, grasslands and wetlands. And there are plenty of activities to do in all of the National Parks in England. Visitors can walk or ride bikes for fun. Many of the parks put on activities for families.

Every year there are about 110 million visitors to the parks, bringing many benefits(益处) to the areas. At the same time, it creates problems too. First, life can be difficult for local people. Car parks and roads are too crowded. Gift shops and cafes take the place of many everyday shops. Even house prices in some areas can become too high. Besides, country roads can be damaged, for too many people walk, cycle or ride horses on them. Roads can be rebuilt, but then they look less natural. Another big problem to the National Parks is litter. In the parks it is a danger to wild animals. Broken glass can also cause fires by focusing the rays of the sun. Such fires in wild places can be out of control.

▲   ? All National Parks in England are making more rules, which tell people how to take good care of their environment. If these rules are followed, the National Parks will be well kept and continue to give pleasure to many people for a very long time.
