I'm very happy in my new school. I hope you're enjoying it. The teachers and students here are friendly to me.
We go to school five days a week. I get to school at seven thirty, and{#blank#}1{#/blank#}do you get to school? We have six classes every day, and {#blank#}2{#/blank#} {#blank#}3{#/blank#} classes do you have? On {#blank#}4{#/blank#} and{#blank#}5{#/blank#} , the first class in Chinese. We have Chinese, {#blank#}6{#/blank#} and English every morning. We have computer, history, P.E., {#blank#}7{#/blank#} , {#blank#}8{#/blank#} , geography, craft, politics every week, and we have{#blank#}9{#/blank#} craft lessons a week. We have politics only{#blank#}10{#/blank#} a week. My{#blank#}11{#/blank#}subject is geography, and it's on {#blank#}12{#/blank#} and {#blank#}13{#/blank#}.     When Jane was a little girl, she liked keeping pets. She had many books about animals and there were many pictures and stamps on the walls of her bedroom. She often said that she would work in a 1 when she grew up.

    Most of Jane's pets were quite small — parrots, cats, dogs and so on. But one day she met something quite 2 .

    That afternoon, Jane's mother was surprised to see a big animal with long hair in the kitchen. He 3  a T-shirt and was sitting on a chair, trying to put on a pair of glasses and making faces at her. In front of him, on the table, were a basket of fruits and a glass of water. “Jane, where are you?” the mother shouted. Then suddenly she remembered that a few days before a young gorilla (大猩猩) called Gor had run away from the zoo.

    “I found him in the city square,” Jane said. “He seemed so lonely. I talked to him. We became friends at once and he followed me 4 .”

    “Well, you know you 5  keep him,” her mother said. “You must send him back to the zoo. You'd better phone the police.”

    Soon a 6  came and also a truck from the zoo. 7  was angry with Jane when she told her story. The policeman knew Jane loved animals. And the zookeeper said, “Thank you for your kindness (好意). I can see Gor likes you, 8  we need him back.” Jane agreed. She hugged Gor and said that she would go and see him 9 .

    These days Jane has stopped collecting 10 , but you can still find her with her friend Gor at the zoo on Saturdays and Sundays!

    Wang Hui and Daming are good 1. Daming is 2 Beijing and Wang Hui 3from Shanghai. 4 are twelve years old. Daming is 5 Class Two. Wang Hui is in6, too. Their English teacher is Miss Li. 7 is a good teacher.

    Daming 8 football and Wang Hui likes basketball. Wang Hui can swim, but Daming 9. Look ! Daming is 10 football. Wang Hui is playing basketball .

    The best experience of my life was when we went to Stonehenge. We went there on a group tour.

    When I saw Stonehenge, my first 1 was that it was huge. You know, Stonehenge is about 5,000 years old. I 2how the ancient people moved these huge pieces of stone.

    After we parked at the Stonehenge parking lot, our guide Nick took us to a 3shop. There my mum got a nice painting of Stonehenge. After we left the gift shop, we went to Stonehenge 4 the tunnel.

    That was a privilege（优惠待遇）at Stonehenge5we were able to go right up to the stones and touch them. Usually visitors 6 get really close and touch the stones. At Stonehenge we walked around the circle and then 7 the ceremonial(仪式的）centre. There we were given half a(n)8 to look around and explore.

    930 minutes we got ready to leave. It was 10that we had to leave Stonehenge. Hopefully one day I'll go back.

    Mike is a new student of Class Two. He has a 1 face. Last Thursday, a student called Luke said to Mike, "Your face is so long. Nobody wants to 2you.
   Alice is the best student of Class 3. She walked to Luke and said, "Luke. Mike is good4every subject and he often helps others with schoolwork. He is 5 friendly to others

    Why did you say that?

    "But he 6 ugly (丑陋的)don't you think so "asked Luke.

    "No. I think you have an ugly heart(心) "said Alice.

    Luke didn't know what to say and he left. Mike said 7 to Alice. "You're welcome," Alice aid. "it's8 the day after tomorrow. What about going to play9 in the morning.

    "Sounds great!" said Mike. "And I think we can ask Luke to play with 10. I know tennis is his favorite sport. And I think he can be one of my friends."
