Nowadays, topics concerned with health are always drawing our attention. As is knew to all, health is the most important thing in the world. But how can we keep health? My views are as follow.
Firstly, eat in a proper way. It's good for us to eat which are rich in vitamins and minerals every day, that was, some fresh vegetables and fruit. And breakfast is necessary, that gives us energy for the morning. Secondly, exercise regularly. Exercise can benefit physically and mentally. Thirdly, get enough sleep. Stay up late is bad for our health. Go to bed early and we will feel refreshed in next morning.
Last and not least, enjoy the time with our friends and family.
