Deal with conflict(冲突)

    Losing friends is as easy as making friends if you don't know how to deal with anger and conflict. Conflict is part of everyone's {#blank#}1{#/blank#}. For example, don't say "You are always ordering me to do this or to do that," but "I feel sad {#blank#}9{#/blank#} you don't pay attention to what I think." You want people to {#blank#}10{#/blank#} your opinion so make sure you practice what you want to say. Listen carefully to the other person and accept that he or she might see the problem in a different way.
