One day, Alex, I and a group of other children had a game of football on {#blank#}1{#/blank#}way to school.     The Ant (蚂蚁)and the Dove （鸽子）

    One hot day，an ant was looking for some water．After walking around for some time，she saw a river．{#blank#}1{#/blank#} the river，she had to climb up a piece of grass. While the ant {#blank#}2{#/blank#}on the grass she fell into the water．

    Just then a dove in a tree saw her．When the dove saw that the ant was in trouble，he quickly picked off a leaf and {#blank#}3{#/blank#}it into the water near the ant．The ant moved towards the leaf and climbed up there．Soon it carried her safely to dry ground．Just at that time，a hunter （猎人） was going to{#blank#}4{#/blank#}the dove．As soon as the ant{#blank#}5{#/blank#} what the hunter was going to do. She quickly {#blank#}6{#/blank#}him on the leg．Feeling the pain，the hunter dropped his gun．The dove was quick to fly to a safe place．

    My teachers thought I was the worst student. I always {#blank#}1{#/blank#} in the test. When I was going to give up my studying, a new teacher, Miss White came to our school. She was young and helpful. One day, we had a picnic on a farm. I was silent in a{#blank#}2{#/blank#}. Miss White came up to me and talked to me {#blank#}3{#/blank#}.
