    World sleep day falls on March 16. This year's theme is about sleep and women.

More women suffer from insomnia (失眠) than men, but only 4% of them go to a doctor to get help. A Beijing newspaper (report) last month. A study by international organization in the paper said that women (age) 30 to 60 sleep six hours and 41 minutes a day average.

    Young people have also suffered from a lack of sleep. Statistics from a Chinese medical research center show that in (city) like Beijing and Shanghai, 40% of young people suffer from insomnia. And 80% suffer from great tiredness due to poor quality sleep.

A researcher said replacing less healthy foods with nuts might help reduce the weight gain {#blank#}10{#/blank#} is common as we age, and might lower the chances of becoming obese.
